The Fort Sutter Hotel Sacramento, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Hotel was clean, front desk reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed in the amenities and the restaurant. I generally stay at the Hyatt a few blocks away, but decided to try this hotel because the ratings were higher and the price was less. The room had a "cheap" feeling, there was no fridge in the room which I needed and assumed would be available. I had to hunt down ice, the bar staff was short staffed or something, and the service at the restaurant was worse. I typically dont leave bad reviews, but this stay just left a lot to be desired considering all the "excellent" reviews.

Nice and modern, clean and up to date rooms in a great location. Parking is not included and is about $20 from the parking garage next door.

Great Hotel Beautiful hotel. Great location. Breakfast staff at cafe were not super friendly or helpful. Food was excellent though! The cinnamon roll was awesome.

The property was very clean and the area wasn’t bad were didn’t feel unsafe walking around with our children…. The food in the restaurant was very good, staff was very polite The hotel went the extra mile and honored my request of early check-in because we were exhausted with the kids and I later asked for a different room because the one we got was accessible room. The switched us with no complaints. I will definitely stay there again… paid parking garage was convenient next to the hotel. $18/24hrs .

Rooms were kept neat and elegant. Staff was professional and friendly. Access to several amenities to your stay was available within walking distance.
