Holiday Inn Sacramento Downtown - Arena Reviews

The service was great. Breakfast was worth waking up early for. I had my Dental work done at Smile Creations and was able to rest easy before my trip back home.

Nice and clean hotel, very convenient location. Only con is that the onsite laundry machine wasn’t working at the time and the front desk people had no idea so I exchanged quarters and bought laundry detergent from them only to find out that it wasnt working.

Good place to stay.

Top location..! Close to Old Sacramento and Golden 1 Center. It’s a great choice for a basketball game (Sacramento Kings). Fair breakfast… There’s a Macy store behind the hotel..! I’d stay again..!

Hotel is located just 3 mins walk to Old Sacremento area. Extremely convenient. Also its just beside Macys! The laundry room is located inside the shower and rest room next to the pool, not the most ideal to do your laundry buy hey its Free!

Located in the central business district, the traffic is very convenient

Very convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff, but…….. old and worn out rooms overdue for an update. 😬 overpriced for the quality. You are definitely just paying for the location.

Staff was great even though the line was long they tried to help as efficiently as possible. My room not so much found hair on my bathroom counter and the elevators were gross

The staff at check-in were very nice and pleasant. The room was very clean and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay! Will definitely book at this location again.

It was a little inconvenient you couldn’t go out the side door.. and then as we stepped outside for a few minutes we were asked if we wanted some ****.. not really the hotels issue.and then the walk under to old town was creepy as F

Our check in and check out was smooth and they even gave us a room with fridge upon request. The parking was nearby and the overall hotel is very well-located. The use of the washing machine and dryer was free, which we dis mot experience anywhere else.

Proximity to the kings basketball arena was so convenient and the K Mall as well as old Sacramento had a blast

In a congested area & very loud. No fan/vent in the bathroom. Staff wasn’t too aware of the line for check in/check out.

I was not told that we had a room with a handicap bathroom. They were also doing construction early in the morning.
