Hotels Near Bannon Creek Dog Park in Sacramento

The environment is beautiful, the health is not wrong, the sound is not good, the coughing and snoring next door, the breakfast waiter is particularly enthusiastic, the service is also thoughtful, the kind of American breakfast should have!

Our last stay was 2/4/22-checking out 2/8/22 I like the location of this hotel It's right next to Black Bear dinner, Burger King, Truck Stop I suggest if you order from Black Bear get the food to go service sucks, food is cold but I have found when I pick up to go the food is fresh and hot. This location does not do upgrades, at east not for me anyways. A golf course is right down the road. Breakfast always has great options

The hotel breakfast will start at 8:30, because it is necessary to hurry, so if you don't eat, the meal coupon will be wasted. The hotel offers free coffee and tastes good. I was overcharged at the time of check-in. Fortunately, I found out in time that the money was returned and the front desk was too unprofessional.

I was in town for a conference at this hotel and decided to stay here for convenience. Front desk staff were, for the most part, delightful for the entire four nights I stayed. My room was spacious with a semi decent view and a mini terrace, though the door didn’t actually open more than a few inches, so one couldn’t avail of the terrace itself… that being said, it was nice to be able to get fresh air into the room! The TV in the room was huge and I am always grateful for a mini fridge, though I couldn’t get this one very cold. One thing that did leave a lot to be desired was the general cleanliness of my room, which I will give 3/5. The vacuuming was very poor (there were remnants of a previous guest’s food on the floor) and layers of heavy dust in the bathroom. It could definitely do with a deep clean! I also used the guest microwaves in the lobby on several occasions — both were filthy with splattered food (gross) and neither had a turntable. Another disappointment was one staff member (who was in the middle of training a new front desk member) — everyone was lovely except for her, when I asked the possibility of a late checkout on my final day. Her response was curt and quite rude: “I can’t tell you if you can or cannot get a late checkout. You have to understand our housekeeping needs and availability. You have to understand there are a lot of guests who will probably be asking the same thing…”. Coming from a customer service background myself, one should NEVER tell a guest what they “need to understand” — there are far better ways to explain this. She also never once said anything along the lines of “I’m sorry, this might not be possible” … it was just poor customer service, which was a shame. This aside, the hotel was very quiet and I slept well (and deeply) each night. Oh, and I got locked out of my room on the day I was checking out — it turns out the battery had died in my door lock, so the front desk staff had to call security, who then called maintenance. Thankfully, I didn’t have to wait too long and both security and maintenance were super fabulous and quick to fix the issue. PS If you do decide to stay here, I hope you get as much of a giggle out of the elevator constantly saying “going down” as I did! :) PPS Location was excellent!

Advantages: Marriott's mid- to high-end hotels, close to Sutter fort park. Ten minutes walk, strategic location, next to a supermarket (five minutes walk. You can google map), English service throughout the hotel, warm service, standard buffet Western food It's quite satisfactory, there is a gym, the room size is ok, I have a triple room with my parents, there is a sofa bed, there is an open kitchenette, complete utensils, including a microwave refrigerator, you can cook by yourself Disadvantages: There are no slippers, no dental toiletries in the room, and during the Chinese holidays, Ctrip's house price has tripled. The actual front desk reservation is only $ 119, Xiaokeng (American Spring Festival). Fortunately, I stayed one night and one night. Facilities: Good spare parts, malin goetz is a brand I like very much. Shower gel is the taste of rum. Hygienic: very clean Service: Very good, very late at night, there are night cookie and drinks downstairs.

-There was trash outside of the rear entrance of Folsom wing, like a homeless person lived there. -The wing rear entrance door needed to be forced shut to lock. There were serval shoe prints on the outside of the door where people kicking it to close and lock. -There was trash in the parking lot that had been there for days judging by a package of tilapia that had been run over several times and was infested with maggots. -The cable TV in my room did not work. -I asked the front desk for breakfast vouchers because the TV did not work. They said yes, but when I went to get the vouchers in the morning the front desk said no and that there was no manager on duty.
