Réservation faite sur Booking 8 mois en avance. Bug de la plateforme Booking (mon séjour est passé en non-annulable alors que j'ai bien sélectionné l'option annulable, je suis sur de moi). J'appelle la plateforme Booking immédiatement (8 mois à l'avance, j'avais espoir qu'ils puissent annuler ma résa surtout que le bug venait d'eux) Rien à faire, ni booking ni BB Saclay n'a voulu rendre cette réservation annulable. J'ai donc demandé à modifier la date (mais là aussi, refus catégorique). Bref aucune orientation client et même je vais jusqu'à dire que je considère m'être fait arnaquer...

Très sympathique hôtel aux portes de Paris, Bonne qualité prix. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie confortable. Certes, le temps et l'environnement de plus en plus urbanisé, auront raison dans quelques années de cet établissement qui sera démoli. Il est maintenu dans un état propre, mais il n'est plus utile de le rénover. Les petits déjeuners se présentent sous la forme d'un buffet, où vous pourrez choisir ce qu'il vous plaira. Nous y sommes déjà venus l'an dernier, et nous y retournerons.
