It looked completely different from the photos on Trip.com It was a simple building that looked like a regular apartment resort The facilities were good and the breakfast was clean and good Above all, the hosts were friendly I used it to visit the Palace of Versailles It was good because it was about 20 minutes away by car The bed was also clean

Big thanks to the staff at Novotel who made our stay so special, they were especially attentive and kind to my mum who was treated royally! Spacious and quiet room, good breakfast but no cold milk for tea. Very nice outside area with lots of seating and pool. Location is a bit remote and not much going on in Saclay itself.

We stayed in this hotel as a stopover on a long-distance journey but made a point to arrive early to enjoy the facilities. In this respect, we weren’t disappointed. For a family wanting to have some evening activities, there was plenty: decent outdoor pool, mini-golf, table tennis, table football. Definitely a hotel where you can begin to build up a holiday feeling. However the overwhelming issue was the extortionate pricing at the bar, and to some extent restaurant. We’re more than happy to pay a premium where it’s justified but in this case they are blatantly cashing in on captive guests; we witnessed several other groups reeling in shock at the costs. We decided we would have to accept this is how things were and we would end up being a little conned. Fine. But on leaving, the receptionist processed our check-out and told us there was nothing to pay. Subsequently the hotel then contacted us to say that we still owed them more money. This was now hugely inconvenient/annoying/unnecessary - I had no issue in paying whatever I owed, even if it had felt overpriced - but this now creates stress and hassle as we left the hotel for our holiday. I feel they are deliberately evasive - I can only assume this is a deliberate tactic because they see so many complaints. I will be complaining to Novotel and requesting the CCTV showing that I checked out in person and gave the hotel the opportunity to charge me then and there. We are quite relaxed about price but this was enough to spoil our stay. The other issue is that this hotel is located right on the very edge of Paris - very little to do anywhere around it, so unless you want to travel over an hour into the city you are stuck there. So lots of potential, but the pricing grates too much.

The first thing you notice is how big and well kept the place is. Upon entering you realise it is modern and extremely welcoming. The staff are very friendly and helpful the place is clean and well kept. The person that made my stay memorable is a man named Werner , he floats around the place and is extremely attentive to the gust needs. Every time I needed something he was around to help with a big smile. I love his energy and how he makes you feel welcomed and important , incredible service skills. Werner makes an ideal ambassador for the Brand and I will definitely be using Novotel again.

My family & I drove to stay with Novohotel Paris Saclay to spend Christmas in Paris. We were coming for our first vacation as a family of 4 and I’m even pregnant with our new baby. It was a very exciting time as we were spending Christmas away from home! On December 26, we spent the day in Paris, only to come back to our hotel to notice the coffee mug my bonus daughter had given to me the night before for Christmas was gone. I had washed it and put it by the coffee maker that morning. When we addressed this situation with your front desk staff (including the manager), they brushed it off and shared that they looked and asked the staff, but that no one knew what we were talking about. We felt very overlooked and shook up that no one tried to help remedy the situation for us. Obviously, someone was in our room and stole this Christmas present, and no one from your staff helped us feel comfortable our appreciate. What otherwise was a wonderful stay, left us feeling unease and not desiring to stay with you in the future. I worked for Disney World for 7 years, and we were always in the favor of the guest and made them feel at ease. Here, we were made to feel like we were lying and no one could be bothered with helping us. I’ll be leaving a review that shares our same discontent as I don’t want this same disregard to happen to any other family.

Stayed couple of nights in Novotel Paris Saclay hotel and it was a nice stay. The rooms are modern and spacious and most important quiet. The breakfast buffet was really nice; not just coffee and croissants but also eggs, bacon, sausages, youghurt etc. The dinner menu was somewhat sad; you keep eating the same portions if you overnight bit longer. Must stay thougt that the portions were tasty. I hope that there is more to choose from Friendly and helpfull staff. Not much to do during evening. Didn't test the wellness center but I guess there is crosstrainer, exercise bike, etc. Hotel grounds are wellkept and pretty. Would stay again

We stayed at the Novotel Saclay for 2 nights as a family of 4, we booked the double with two single sofa beds room 228. Hotel, is quite small, not much seating in the reception area. It is quite far from cental Paris, at least a good 30min drive, you diffinetly need a car/mode of transport to get around. Rooms, very tight and dated. Not much room to monover around. No iron in the room, so had to ask front desk. Swimming pool, lovey outdoors pool, but extremely cold however the kids enjoyed it! Breakfast, very busy and not alot of hot option. Parking is free!
