We were excited as we are supposed to check in tomorrow for the long weekend. We got a message about water issues and being moved to Floreat riverside lodge. Do we not have a choice in the matter? After reading the reviews, we are not comfortable being moved there. Surely if you make changes to our booking, we should be given a CHOICE whether to agree or not. Now you are charging us 20% cancellation fee? We did not go back on our booking, we did not want to cancel. You are the ones having water challenges and wanting to move us. When did you discover you had water challenges? A day before we check in? And now we are being penalized for it? Full refund is expected for the inconvenience caused. Please honour your word and give us a full refund since you cannot sort out your water issues.
