We had 3 nights at BTH hotel. The food is great, the staff is really helpful and friendly. The gym is an actual gym with a 20kg bar, pull up bar, leg press, etc. Sauna was nice too! outside it is possible to run intervals on the grass and lay at the pool during the day. Highly recommend this place!

THIS IS A 3 STAR NOT 4 STAR HOTEL.
We stayed during their off season and many of the hotel amenities were not available for use including the jacuzzi, pool bar, gym, and sauna which we were not made aware of prior to booking. The room was not clean when we arrived with stains on the bed and hair/garbage in the bathroom from the previous person. The door had gaps around it so noise came through meaning the vaccuming around 11pm at night kept us from getting the sleep we needed for an early morning tour. The pool was available but no bartender, and we found it wasn't cleaned daily as a massive wad of hair and brown liquid at the top was around for a few days. We also found smashed glass along the walking areas of the pool. Finally, it's hard to get a taxi to and from this place. The people were nice but I would not stay again.

Ok, but no more than that.
Hotel was nice enough and there are some beautiful walks close by. The restaurant has good food but the service is slow and the environment feels tired and dated.

Muy probablemente el lugar que nos convenció de volver una próxima vez a Arequipa. El personal muy atento y amable, restaurante con comida exquisita, entorno muy lindo y agradable, y un gimnasio muy bien equipado. Muchas gracias por todo!

Gracias a este hotel volvería a Arequipa. Superó con creces nuestras expectativas, cada detalle hizo la diferencia. Si bien está un poco alejado del centro histórico de Arequipa, es muy sencillo y barato llegar en Uber. La habitación muy espaciosa e iluminada, muy linda vista a la piscina. Tiene un lago donde se puede ir a pedalear en un botecito y apreciar las aves del lugar. Además del gimnasio que está muy bien equipado y se puede usar todo el día. Como éramos pocas personas en el hotel hubo desayuno americano, el cual estuvo maravilloso y la atención en comedor también fue excelente (tanto al desayuno como a la cena). En la noche se puede pedir fogata junto a la piscina o frente al lago y se puede pedir comida a la misma, ese fue un momento maravilloso. Cada persona con la que hablamos fue muy amable e hizo de nuestra estadía en una inolvidable. Gracias por todo!

Нам очень понравился этот отель. Это очень красивое место. Озеро при отеле очень тихое, приятное и красивое. Еда была вкусная. Менеджер отеля был очень приветливый и заботливый, он несколько раз спрашивал если он может что нибудь сделать чтоб нам было хорошо. В отеле так же есть мини-спортзал и сауна. А также бассейн и много других сервисов.

El ambiente es agradable por el área y paisaje, sin embargo la comida es poco agradable. Las bebidas parecían preparadas con un alcohol de mala calidad y personalmente no me agradó que solo acondicionaran mesas en su patio para recibir a más gente. Hablo de mi experiencia en el servicio de Buffet.
