The host went above and beyond to be helpful and to make sure we enjoyed and made the most of our stay. The free transpiration pass that was included in our nightly rate allowed us to go up any tram, gondola or take any bus, anytime, as many times as we wanted to for free during our stay. This pass allowed us to enjoy all the Mountain View’s the Saas Valley has to offer. The breakfast selections were abundant, generous, and tasty…including homemade jams, yogurts and selections of cheeses, meats, cereals, fresh fruit salad and breads. An added bonus, Pension Heino is located a short walk off the main road which provides a wonderfully quiet experience. We look forward to staying here again soon.

I returned to the Saas Tal after 49 years. The hospitality I experienced at Pension Heino was truly outstanding. Golda looked after me and Graham, my friend and British Mountain Guide, just in an outstanding manner. She is very kind, adapted to our mountaineering needs, and made sure that we met like-minded guests for easy conversation. The food served was excellent and a very comprehensive breakfast menu set is up for our climbing adventures. Golda is a fountain of knowledge and it was a privilege to meet her and her husband. The accommodation was highly suitable and the beds were one of the most comfortable I ever slept in. A very big thank you.

Pension Heino is a family-run hotel located in the beautiful Saastal. Its location is great, just a 5-min walk to the Hohsaas cableway, and right next to the bus to Saas Fee village. The hotel provides a warm family feeling, and you feel at home, with delicious homemade products for breakfast and dinner. There are different room types which can accommodate families and smaller groups. Very clean and great place!

Breakfast and dinner provided are very good. The mattress would need some change since it's suuuper soft from the use. The staff are very polite and helpful apart from the owner. I would expect more from a professional who has many years of experience in this business. Being polite and nice to the customer are basic requirements! I'm sure she will improve in the future.

Great location for a visit to Saas Grund and Saas Fee. Excellent value accommodation with great hosts. Easy free parking with a quick walk to the bus stop nearby. Staff were exceptionally helpful and rooms were very clean and well maintained.

Two building hotel run by family. It has a nice 3 bed room roof top family section. Continental breakfast was included and the hotel provides bus tickets. It can take you to other villages. You can even walk to Hohsaas cable car for skiing.

We have come the past 4 years and always found Golda to be welcoming and I dont know of anywhere in Switzerland that one gets so much for the very reasonable price! We enjoy the cross country path right next to the hotel and when we're tired the easy return by bus so close by. The meals are really homemade and prepared with care! They are delicious! It's also a great place for children! One just feels comfortable! Especially during Covid the precautions were above what we observed in other places so we really felt safe!

Sehr nette Hausleute, die auf die Kundenbedürfnisse eingehen. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit zweckmässiger und solider Ausstattung. Das leckere und reichhaltige Frühstück bringt einen richtig in Schwung! Kann ich wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Schöne, saubere Zimmer mit Bad und bequemen Bett. Parkplätze hat es genug, Skiraum und Aufenthaltsraum vorhanden WLAN auch Nahe de Talstation und dem Zentrum. Preislich sehr empfehlenswert. Nette Familie. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig. Für einen kleinen Aufpreis gibt es ein gutes Nachtessen, bei dem man sicher satt wird.
