Hotel Europa simply put, is THE BEST! I highly recommend a stay here. Their staff is outstanding and every meal we had was exquisite. I especially loved the fondue, it was some of the best I have had in Switzerland. Also, the view is incredible!

Great little hotel and very well organized. The dinner and breakfast were very good as well. The big bonus is the Spa! The shuttles are also great and extremely efficient. We called once we had parked the car when we arrived and the shuttle bus was there 2 minutes later!

We stayed at the Europa hotel beginning of November as a family of 3. The season was barely starting. We did not feel welcome at all by the hotel manager. We did arrive a little early and it was made very clear to us that check-in was only from 3pm... They finally agreed to hand us the keys (we were one of very few guests in the hotel). Food at the restaurant was ok, although there was a mixup with our order. Room was clean, although quite old and would need to be a bit updated. Interaction at checkout was not better, when asking questions of a possible stay later this year. I think it is a shame for Saas Fee and the Swiss hospitality industry to witness this and I would not recommend this hotel for your stay.

I recently stayed at the Europa hotel in Saas-Fee ski resort and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself has stunning views of the town and ski slopes. Its sleek and modern design, and the attention to detail was second to none. My room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The real highlight of my stay, however, was the incredible skiing on offer. The skiing itself was exhilarating, with lots of fresh snow and the breathtaking scenery just added to the whole experience. After a long day on the slopes, I was able to relax and unwind at the hotel's spa. The facilities were top-notch. Lastly, the food at the hotel's restaurant was truly delicious I have been coming to Saas-Fee for many years and always stay at the Europa Hotel. I look forward to the next time

A nice and warm hotel, perfectly situated within walking distance of the slopes and lifts, after a short steep climb. Extensive breakfast with something for everyone and very extensive dinner with 'salad from buffet' as a snack. The spacious rooms are modern and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff. Ideal base for a nice skiing holiday in Saas Fee.

The hotel is clean, quiet and tastefully renovated, it has a lot of charm. The wellness area is very good and it is not too crowded, at least at the time we stayed there. The staff is friendly. Perfect for a ski weekend. The cuisine at Carnotzet is good, the breakfast buffet was well stocked.

Attentive welcome, lovely staff, impeccable rooms (brand new in the annex), optimal breakfast, restaurant a little expensive, but very pleasant atmosphere and decor, and special mention for the brand new spa, with a delicious jacuzzi after skiing!..
