Exceptional welcome by Sydney, all the staff are charming, at the bar, at the restaurant…upgrade offered, magnificent room with view on the glacier, very well arranged with separate toilets, Nespresso coffee maker in the room, extra breakfast, only downside the coffee is not self-service, you have to ask the waiters.
The Saunas part is good, it lacks some fruits and drinks available.

Thanks to the staff for upgrading the room for us, we can enjoy the beautiful view of Matterhorn from the terrace, which is very happy.
The room is spacious, has a self-service dining area, and is fully equipped with stoves and cooking utensils. It is very suitable for skiers. The bathroom is very clean, there is a bathtub for soaking, and there is also a public swimming pool and spa. It's a pity that I didn't check-in earlier. I must come earlier next time to enjoy it.
The location is excellent, only 4 minutes away from the train station, and it's easy to walk with your suitcase. It is walking distance from Gornergrat and Sunnegga stations, and there is a bus stop at the door to the Metterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car station.
Breakfast is very rich and delicious.

We stayed 4 nights at the Walliserhof. The first room assigned to us overlooked a construction site and we asked to change. We were placed in another room, quiet but on the ground floor, so a bit dark but spacious and quiet. The gym and the SPA pool area were nice. We only had breakfast, and it was not up to par with a 5-star hotel. Every morning, the same things, especially for bread, little choice and anemic pre-cooked sandwiches. For the rest, a plateau of cheeses, cold cuts and products that we do not eat for breakfast (smoked salmon and fish fillets), good yogurt and wholemeal crisps. Not an optimal quality/price ratio. High tourist tax CHF 7 per day but allows you to take advantage of free transport (buses and cable cars in the region

Stayed with friends to recreate the Christmas Classic 'last Christmas- Wham! The Walliserhof did not disappoint with a QR code tour as George Michael stayed all those years ago in 1984. All the staff are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble, Alessandro even drove us to see the famous Wham chalet. Excellent glacier mountain views from the wonderfully decorated bedrooms and chandeliers over the pool! What's not to like except give this top Mark's. Will definitely visit again x Thank all the staff for simply a wonderful experience.

I had a fantastic stay here. Very atmospheric, luxurious and warm in every way. Remarkably friendly staff. This is where you feel at home. Don't forget to swim in the beautiful pool after a day in the snow! Saas-Fee is magic.

Beautiful hotel with all the 5 star services that you can expect. Magnificent room, very well decorated with modern equipment and amenities of quality (Molton Brown). The staff is remarkably kind and helpful. The swimming pool is very pleasant. The breakfast is sumptuous. It's one of the best hotels we've ever been to. Wonderful, we have already planned another stay.
