L’accueil est très professionnel et sympathique. Le personnel est au petit soin pour s’assurer que tout se passe à merveille. La literie est très confortable. Les repas demi-pension sont excellents. Le coin SPA très agréable tout comme le coin piscine.

Der Empfang und Service wahr sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und angenehm. Das Personal durchwegs freundlich und hilfsbereit sowie das Essen fantastisch. Das Menu kann man vorgängig online selber auswählen und vorbestellen. Die Suiten mit eigenem Whirlpool und Saune sind spitze. Alles war schön, sauber und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Wellnessbereich ist zwar eher klein, aber sehr schön und es gibt Tee und Wasser. Nachmittags gibt es gratis Kuchen und Tee. Minuspunkte; beim Frühstück müsste man für einiges Aufpreis bezahlen. In den Spielsälen (es gibt sowohl eine für Kinder, als auch eine für Erwachsene mit Tischfussball und Bowlingbahn) muss man für einige Sachen bezahlen und es funktioniert nicht mehr alles einwandfrei. Die Poollandschaft war etwas enttäuschend. Im Ganzen war der Aufenthalt jedoch super.

Das Pirmin Zurbriggen Hotel ist eine hochstehende Wohlfühl - Oase! Kulinarisch wird einem alles was das Herz ♥️ und der Magen begehrt, geboten und zwar auf Höchststufe gekocht und zubereitet; da isst das Auge ️ mit! Die Wein Karte mit Schwerpunkt in Walliser - Weine ist gross und übersichtlich. Der Spa - Bereich ist grosszügig angelegt. Die Familie Zurbriggen führt das schöne Hotel sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das generelle Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. In Bezug Service im Restaurant beim Nachtessen gibt es noch Potential nach oben. Auch die musikalische Piano - Unterhaltung ist eher Geschmacksache und überflüssig. Die Gesamtbewertung ist sehr gut und wir kommen gerne wieder….

Service client lamentable qui élève la voix au téléphone, qui vous traite de menteur et qui refuse ensuite de justifier leurs propos par emails. L’hôtel demande ensuite à un employé de téléphoner pour « s'excuser à moitié ». Et de plus, ils refusent de rembourser les services non consommés comme les massages ou les repas. L'hôtel pense que donner un bon qui couvrent uniquement une partie du séjour annulé (route fermé) donne envie de revenir à un hôtel que le manager vous a traité de menteur 🤔 A éviter. Il existe tellement de lieux identiques plus agréables et avenants.

Trotz eines etwas holprigen Urlaubsstart, waren es am Schluss tolle Ferien. Ein Hotel wie es sie nicht mehr viel gibt, sei es in der Schweiz oder im Ausland. Familiär geführt mit Mitarbeitern die wissen was Sie tun. Einer Küche auf sehr hohem Level, frisch, raffiniert und einfach lecker! Auch als Vegetarier wird man mit fantastischem Essen verwöhnt. Die Kinder sind immer willkomen und dürfen sich austoben, fast wie zu Hause. Schöne Rãume und Zimmer in denen man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Wellness Anlage lädt zum verweilen und entspannen ein und ist in einem absoluten High Standart. Ski Fahren..einfach aus dem Hotel 10Meter über die Strasse auf den Sessellift! Herz was willst du mehr

Cet hôtel est en endroit magnifique où l’on est hors temps. Tout est fait pour que l’on s’y sente bien, depuis le spa aux espaces comme la salle à manger, la partie lounge, les salles de jeux et bien sûr le fumoir. Le personnel, majoritairement multilingue, est au petit soin. Et les patrons, Esther et Fabian, toujours présents avec un mot pour chacun de leurs hôtes. C’est la 5eme fois que nous venons, et pas la dernière.

Das Traum Familienhotel Wir waren mit zwei Familien und 5 Kindern im Hotel. Wir hatten zwei Wohnungen welche für Familien geeignet sind. (Sogar kleine Küche war drin) Kinderprogramm von Anna top. Essen sensationell. Personal vor allem die Kellner Marc und Matte sehr zuvorkommend. Danke für die schönen Tage in Saas-Almagell. Preis-leistung findet man selten in der Schweiz so ein super Hotel.
