A terrible place, I would not recommend to anyone. Basic rooms, way to hot with no aircon or fans. Pillows were few and useless. Worst of all the hotel service is terrible. Rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was particular rude and unprofessional. Reception was not any better. Avoid.

Our stay was very sad, which was only made worse by the unhelpful staff at reception. The rooms were very dimly lit, washroom was tiny and the shower didnt work properly, it was too old. I almost slipped twice while getting out of the bath. very little counter space on the sink.

We've spent two nights here and everything was ok. The room was very spacious and relatively clean. Minimal dust here and there. The building itself it's pretty old but it's well taken care of. I've enjoyed the spa area very much. The pool was big enough and clean and the water had the perfect temperature. The sauna was also well sized and clean. The only down part was that the Dampfbad was out of order. The restaurant was very neat and the staff extremely friendly. We've enjoyed a dinner buffet on the first night and that was delicious. Lots of food to choose from. Breakfast was also great with a lot of variety. The fitness area was incredibly small and not much to do in it. Overall it was a good experience and we would probably go back.

The hotel was much nicer than what I was expecting except for the surly waiter at dinner. I got a very nice welcome at reception by Miss Stein on arrival. The room was nice overlooking the garden with a comfortable bed but I could hardly squeeze past the toilet into the tight-fitted shower in the corner. I went to the indoor pool which was about 15 metres long and quite wide and had a very nice swim. There were sunbeds next to the pool and there was a sauna with showers nearby. The fitness room was tiny and under-equipped so I didn't bother using it. They should at least add a decent bike like a Life Fitness bike and a treadmill. I had dinner in the hotel and the food was fine but the service wasn't. It would be nice if the waiter could be a little bit more friendly instead of seeming like he's just waiting it out until he can retire. I couldn't understand either why I had to fill in a form to eat there when I was a guest at the hotel and had showed my Covid sanitary pass on check-in. Overall I was pleased with the stay and will come back next time I'm in the area (once the waiter has retired).

We logeerden met drie koppels in dit hotel. We waren allen erg tevreden. Alles was tip top. Mooie grote kamers (living met balkon onderaan, slaapkamer en badkamer via een trap omhoog). Badkamer vrij groot met ligbad en glazen deur om te douchen. Badjassen en pantoffels en extra grote badhanddoeken in de kast. Een ventilator (hadden we echt nodig...warme dagen) in de slaapkamer. Zeer groot bed. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en heerlijk met een erg rijke keuze aan broodsoorten en croissants. Heel veel soorten beleg. Fruit, yoghurt, eitjes, spek, worstjes... en op verzoek maken ze spiegeleieren enz. Er is een mooie tuin waar je een drankje kan gebruiken. We hebben goede herinneringen aan Dennis die ons erg vriendelijk bediende. Ook het andere personeel deed zijn uiterste best. We dineerden 2 maal onder de vorm van een lekker buffet en tweemaal met een opgediend 3-gangen diner. Ook hier alleen lof. In de kelderverdieping is een zwembad (heb ik niet gebruikt) en toiletten zo chique zoals je ze enkel in een 5-sterrenhotel vindt. We kunnen dit hotel alleen warm aanbevelen.

Gebruikt als tussen hotel voor terugreis van Oostenrijk ,een nacht geslapen , super vriendelijk receptie ,avondeten was maar zo zo , ontbijt wel lekker , ruime kamer en proper . je kan parkeren in de straat ,we kregen gratis aperitief bij aankomst en er was water op de kamer .

Dieses Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, wenn man nicht auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen ist. Wir waren wegen eines Trauerfalls dort abgestiegen. Es war der bisher heißeste Tag im Jahr und unsere Zimmer waren sehr warm. Als wir keine Aircondition fanden, erfuhren wir, dass es keine gibt. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Ventilatoren brachten keine Besserung. Unser Hund hechelte besorgniserregend, unsere Tochter bekam Kopfschmerzen und wir waren gezwungen, für die beiden ein weiteres Zimmer in der Stadt zu buchen, das klimatisierte Zimmer anbot. So entstanden nochmals Kosten. An der Dusche, die nachmittags benutzt wurde, lief das Wasser weit ins Badezimmer und stand am nächsten Vormittag unverändert im Raum. So etwas weiß man doch, warum schafft man keine Abhilfe? Man kann im Schwimmbereich duschen und das sollte man auch tun. Für den Sommer ist das Hotel nicht für jeden empfehlenswert, da einfach zu heiß.Für uns eine teure Erfahrung.

Auf dem Weg nach Paris haben wir eine Nacht im Best Western Rodenhof in Saarbrücken genächtigt. Das Hotel ist super gelegen, überzeugt durch eine großzügige Parkplatz Auswahl und sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig.
