Cheaply perfumed stench, worn furniture, sagging mattress. If you are used to sleep next to your car, ask for a room in the ground floor, where is no AC /and to my surprise almost 30°C/ not possible to ventilate with the door whole night because ventilation position does not hold etc. You will do better sleeping in a tent or go to e.g. Glemm by Avenida, Wiesenegg or Goldstück which we have also visited in Saalbach. The breakfast staff was nice.

Great Hotel! Fantastic breakfast! The restaurant was very good and the food well prepared. And most important: mega friendly and helpful staff! See you next time! We even got a ride with the hotel owned shuttle to the lift station in Saalbach.

We had a great time at the Avenida Mountain Lodges. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a great view. The spa is not very big, but has all the essentials and a nice atmosphere. The receptionist gave us a late check-out without any further payment. Really nice!

Had a wonderful time! Great breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Comfortable apartment, good beds, large bathroom. Nice hot sauna. Good ski storage room with warm boots, love it. Very easy private ski shuttle to the lifts in Saalbach. Plus underground parking available.

Super friendly staff, very welcoming. Our kids loved chatting to the Mountain Lodges Team, especially Annemarie. Good sized clean rooms with a modern kitchen that had everything we needed for cooking. Location is good to, plenty to do with kids (2 & 5), bus stop right next to the Mountain Lodges.

Very pleasant stay. Excellent personal and great breakfast. The rooms are designed as an apartment, so you can cook for yourself. - free parking - great breakfast - great service - bike storing options - bike washing options - sauna with showers (you can use them even on the day you are leaving) I don't have any negative things to say about this hotel.

We had a very nice few days in this great facility. The accommodation was very spacious, clean and stylishly furnished. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We will be happy to come back again.

This was such a good option for our stay. It is about 1km from Saalbach, and the hotels there are subjected to awful European techno - Avenida is super quiet! The shuttle service is good, we grabbed it a few times, my only comment is that it’s a shame both the buses and shuttle stop super early - cabs are really pricy (15 euros for a 6 minute ride). The drying room is fab and the room is comfy, warm, and having a kitchen was super. Highly recommended.
