Have travelled to numerous destinations and hotels in Austria and also lived there for five years too and I can say this is an absolutely amazing hotel. Nothing is too much for the Team who work there. Food is fantastic as is the choice. As a Coeliac lots of adjustments were made to ensure I did not miss out. We had a large room with a balcony on the front of the hotel which was super comfortable and kept very clean. Pool area and wellness facilities are first rate and there is also a comfortable restroom to relax and read. The location is ideal for lifts, bus stop and local Billa. We took part in a bread making course and can highly recommend this. Will definitely be booking another trip to this hotel. Congratulations to everyone who makes this place such a special experience for All.

Excellent hotel from reception to chambermaid. Isabella and SBH crew always go extra mile to ensure you have a good holiday Food is exceptional and presentation first class 6 course evening meals are amazing. Stayed 2 weeks and no repetition. There was alays a vegetarian option. Breakfast was great and spoilt for choice. Facilities and rooms first class Wonderful pools an garden Cannot wait to return, this was our fifth visit

Lovely hotel perfect spa facilities. Room a great size , beds so comfy couldn’t fault the room and facilities! Would certainly stay here again during the summer. Staff at reception were very friendly especially as were the staff in the Wirtshaus.

We were pleased to return to the Salbacher Hof hotel in the beautiful Saalbach valley. It is light, bright and spotless with a lovely garden and relaxation facilities. All the staff are very helpful, it was good to see many familiar faces from last year. The quality, presentation, imagination and favours of the food are excellent. The menu includes plant based and vegetarian options. The Joker card allows easy access to the mountains and local area . We look forward to returning.

An excellent hotel located in the centre of the village. Spotlessly clean with friendly staff. Lovely indoor pool and jacuzzi (the outdoor pool was too cold!) The food was plentiful and beautifully presented, with a choice of fish, meat and vegan courses every day. We upgraded to a corner room in the adjoining building (room 603) overlooking the pool and roof-top garden which was lovely and peaceful.

Lovely, well managed hotel with friendly, helpful staff, comfortable, clean rooms and top quality breakfasts and evening meals. Wifi coverage was a bit patchy in our room but everything else was perfect. The Saalbach area is great for walkers with well marked paths, free lifts and buses with the Joker Card and lots of excellent, welcoming huts on the mountains. I hope we can return to Saalbach and the Hotel Saalbacher Hof very soon.

Everything excellent as always,, however would prefer vegetarian option rather than vegan... maybe yo could just offer vegan on request. a children's menu would be nice or even a choice of a couple of plain foods i.e. snitzel/goujons/vurst and fries as sometimes you don't need five courses

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The bar service in the lobby area needs improvement. It would be great if half board guests were able to choose where they would like to eat on a couple of nights during the week. Five courses are great, but sometimes you just need a break from the fine dining

This was our 5th visit to the Saalbacher Hof. It is an excellent hotel. It is always a pleasure to go back. The location is perfect close to all the lifts, the rooms are well appointed and the public areas are all very good. There is a large boot room. Most of all, the service from the staff is excellent as is the food. We will be back in 2025.
