This hotel and spa is a hidden gem. The rooms are spacious and yet no space is wasted. The staff and specifically, Lilly are beyond compare. Every meal was a delightful surprise and the sauna and pool area was excellent. The cocktail list is also unusual and fabulous!

A group of us dropped in for 2 nights due to booking failure at another hotel. They were v accommodating. Due to not enough rooms being available, some of us had to share rooms. The room set up is not for me unfortunately. The shower is open to the bedroom so if you are staying with a friend, there is no privacy at all, which that alone would mean I wouldn’t stay there again, no kettle / coffee tea making facilities in the room either, however, I can’t complain about anything else. Breakfast and service very good, couldnt find any private showers in the spa 🧐 which I found odd. Ok if you are a couple but not for sharing with a friend ..in my opinion .

Huas Jausern : My wife and I were on the road trip after Berlin Marathon 2022 and found the wonderful hotel hiding in the valley of Austria hosted by a lovely family. The room is newly furnished and super clean with a fantastic view. The food is exceptionally both breakfast and course dinner with wonderful price !! You do not need to find the place for dinner elsewhere. Thx Lily and the senior boss for taking care all the guests. Waiting to be back and stay with you soon. Your guest from Thailand

Wow, what an incredible experience! We always look for boutique properties with personal touch and Haus Jausern was just that! New design is in absolute harmony with traditional area that the hotel is set in. The wellness is absolutely stunning, it is private, cosy and offers breathtaking views while you sit in sauna or relax in the lounge. Every piece of furniture and material is high-class and you feel spoilt while staying there. You can not decide if you want to spend your day outside at the natural pool or in the spa, as every corner of this place is so inviting. We can't wait for colder rainy days when we will return for the wellness experience again. We booked half-board and were surprised by the 4-course gourmet-dinner. In Haus Jausern you can feel, see and taste that the owners decided to offer the guests something unconventional and something more. The whole personell and the owners were kind, smily and spreading positive vibes all around. 100% (or even more) service, location, design, cleanliness, views!

Very clean and friendly Hotel. Great Spa facilities. Close to Schonlietenbahn lift. Professional and knowledgeable staff who managed to answer all our questions and facilitate Ski rental, pick up and drop off. Fully recommend that you should stay here.

Prachtig hotel,zeer stijlvol ingericht! Het straalt rust uit,mooie en grote kamers ,vriendelijk personeel en lekker eten!Topervaring! Een klein minpuntje,voor de hond betaal je €30/nacht wat zeer veel is.Voor die prijs zou er ook wat aandacht mogen gegeven worden aan hen vb attentie (kauwbeen,snoepjes,..) bij aankomst,plaats waar je zijn poten kan afspoelen na een wandeling,…
