The elegant castle hotel is located in the mountains and overlooks the sea. The hotel's facilities are classical and modern, and there are five golf courses, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, and exquisite gardens. There are many authentic medieval and Renaissance paintings, such as Velázquez's "Portrait of King Fili IV of Spain". This is a must-visit place for dignitaries and celebrities, such as the King of Morocco and the King of Spain's family. It was also the official reception hotel for the late President of my country, Li Xiannian, in 1984.

The attitude of the hotel is very strong. We cannot stay with our children. The hotel manager said very well and heard that they helped us find other hotels under their banner, but in the end nothing came true. In the end, we had to book another hotel to live by ourselves. Our request is to ask Ctrip to coordinate the cancellation, and then refund the fee, but after 3 days of coordination with Ctrip, we finally refused to refund. Then they reimbursed us part of the cost. How can this be accepted! So far, this matter has not been resolved, and Ctrip is constantly changing people. Didn't solve the problem!

Hotel is beautiful and so are the grounds and its location in Mallorca. However, the staff is either poorly trained or don’t care. They have zero attention to detail and no awareness level, especially in the restaurant and pool area. The other reviews that point this out are correct. Unfortunately, I didn’t heed their advice.

- Beautiful hotel set in an old castle. - Lovely view of the gardens from our balcony. - Nice outdoor furniture. Additionally, the terrace/ outdoor area overlooking Palma is a top class spot for a drink pre/ post dinner. There was a DJ there one night playing the saxophone who was fantastic. - Bar staff were friendly. Cocktails were also delicious. - Breakfast to the room is amazing. - They brought me a birthday cake which was a touch of class! - The poolside food is tasty. - We thought it was decent value for money. - Pool service was slow and should improve. It is a pity because the pool area is very nice and a great spot to chill out and relax for the day. This is the only thing that lets it down. - Not sure how well the shops underneath the hotel fit in. Little unusual for a luxury castle hotel!

Amazing service, a gorgeous skyline and the atmosphere overall is fantastic. Thankful to Jasmin, Laura, Toni, Andres for such an unforgettable birthday I spent there. If you are in Palma, definitely visit this place. At least, book a breakfast or afternoon tea. Truly impressive, everything is 10/10!

All the ladies and gentlemen at the restaurants were attentive and quick to assist, just to mention some: Toni y Luis de conserjería, Sergi de recepción and Tomas at the valet were so welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Our room was absolutely beautiful and well looked after by the housekeeping team. The pool and fitness centre were also spotless clean and very enjoyable. We would love to come back to this property.

I will admit that I loved my stay here when it comes to the room. They upgraded me to one of the Suites in the corner, which is spacious. They also gave me generous amount of tea, coffee, and water, which is a rarity for hotels of this standards. However, service is more or less lacking for a hotel this caliber. For example, at the restaurant, it took the waiter 20 minutes to come to me and ask, "Has anyone taken your order?" During breakfast, they forgot my coffee order multiple times. Additionally, I didn't do my due diligence on this, which was clearly my fault... but the hotel is extremely tough to reach with public transportation. The only bus line that goes through here is the Bus No. 7 that runs only once an hour and even that bus is always filled to capacity between the hours of 15:00 and 18:00. This is a hotel that's truly for those who want to get away for everything, so if you're thinking of staying in a hotel that's accessible to all main attractions in Mallorca, this is definitely not the one.

A 5 star hotel needs to have a better working relationship with the local taxi company. Lots of people waiting long after the times they are booked for The concierge does his best placating people who are used to better service Rest of the hotel is spot on
