The Lodge Mallorca, Small Luxury Hotels

The property is very beautiful, with amazing pool area, the rooms are very nice, will designed and with nice amenities. However the service in my opinion is not on par. You can’t order food at the pool and have to go to the restaurant, which I would strongly encourage the hotel to review and at least allow some snacks at the pool. The barman is never to be found at the pool, we had to message reception every time we wanted to order drinks. It’s fine if he doesn’t want to hang out there, but then there should be another system in place so that it’s accessible and you can order drinks any time you want, think it’s quite standard for a 5 star hotel. And lastly I got stuck in a very small bathroom space, I got quite anxious, the staff eventually heard me and got me out. But I didn’t get an apology from the hotel team, it’s quite standard to send something as an apology gesture (e.g. a treatment on the house, a bottle of something, a mean etc), however this wasn’t acknowledged at all. Overall an ok hotel for the price, but the service is not on par.

The Lodge is just an amazing property with so many recreational options, it’s situated in this beautiful lavender field and they have four hiking trails, a wellness house, a pool. Their service is really excellent and they care a lot about the customers well-being. The rooms are really spacious and clean and super comfortable. We made use of the morning yoga as well was just so much fun and their breakfast is really impeccable with their own honey produced on site, lots of delicious fruits and a lot of local delicacies. You can tell that the Lodge cares a lot about sustainability, both socially and environmentally. We also like their bikes around the property. Lastly the dinner there was just amazing, their menu is so carefully curated and offers such a fine dining opportunity I would like to positively highlight Camila from the front office, Llorenz, Mattheus, Chiara & Lisa from the restaurant, and then there were two people whose name we did not catch but I remember them by their hair, it was the lady with grey hair from reception and the guy with the blonde mullet from the Concierge. All of them really made our stay. Basically the whole team went above and beyond for us and was super comfortable.

It’s the second time me and my partner came to The Lodge Mallorca and we can’t imagine a better place to escape a busy life. The place is idyllic with beautiful views of the mountains and lavender fields. Villas and main hotel are very clean and interior makes you feel very relaxed. Most importantly the warm welcome at the restaurant by Silvia always makes us feel like we are greeted by family member. The food quality is outstanding with organic produce from the local garden and fields. Silvia’s warm personality makes us miss this place even more when we need to get back home. Highly recommend.

The service was outstanding, which started even before our trip. The bonus was being able to pick up/drop off our rental car at the hotel, which was arranged through the concierge. This was a really nice perk. We loved our daily breakfasts on the hillside patio with a lovely spread and variety. The one downside was the few flies lurking around the buffet. Our accommodations were great and the place felt like a true get away, and uncrowded, but that could be due to the season. Looking at the photos and reading reviews, I knew the resort would have a more rustic feel and given the unpaved paths per city ordinance, it was a bit dusty. However, if u come knowing this, know that it is a lovely place with great staff, and DELICIOUS food!

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at The Lodge in Mallorca. Here are some highlights of our experience: * Beautiful and Spacious Grounds: The property is expansive, offering plenty of privacy and stunning views. The restaurant as well as the pool area are particularly impressive with its breathtaking vistas. * Excellent Breakfast and Friendly Staff: The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. * Lovely Spa: We had wonderful massages in the spa, which boasts a beautiful atmosphere and excellent treatments. However, we do have a few suggestions for improvement: * Limited Storage Space: For a stay of nearly two weeks, the storage space in our room was quite limited. More room to store and hang our clothes would be appreciated. * Proactive Feedback from Reception: While the WhatsApp system works great, we would appreciate more action and proactive feedback from the reception when we report an issue with our room. * Maintenance of Gym Equipment: The bikes and TechnoGym equipment in the outdoor gym (with its amazing view) could be better maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing time and would love to return. The tranquility of the place is a major highlight. Although the highway is visible, we didn’t hear any noise from it. While all the staff were fantastic, we would like to give special mention to Barbara and Tomeu for their exceptional service. Lastly, we fell in love with the little cat that visited us during breakfast. Please take good care of her, feed her regularly, and ensure her well-being – she is one of your best “employees”!

From the moment we arrived, we were doted upon by the amazing staff at the hotel. Every one of them is a credit to the hotel and couldn’t do enough to ensure you enjoy your stay. The room was excellent, decorated to a very high/modern standard with the largest shower I have ever seen. Our room was in one of the separate buildings which added to the peace and quiet (didn’t hear another person). The only thing I would say is that the nature of these rooms means the front door leads to an open courtyard but there is no separate lock on the door that goes into your room from outside. Whilst unlikely, it felt possible that someone could climb the walls to the courtyard and enter your room. A lock on the internal door could help provide added peace of mind. The hotel and grounds are stunning, providing the perfect place to fully unwind and enjoy the amazing food on offer. The infinity pool has more than enough beds, a constant supply of fresh towels and a beautiful backdrop. We had seen reviews mention the road in the distance and were concerned that it could detract from the view and tranquility, but this wasn’t the case. If you are actively looking for negatives, then it might bother you, but if you’re there to enjoy yourself, it really isn’t noticeable and had no impact on the peace and quiet of the resort. Complimentary yoga each morning was a great way to start the day. Lunch and dinner at the Singular restaurant were rather expensive, but justified by the quality. Would strongly recommend a car if you’re visiting for longer than a few days to be able to explore the rest of the island. The Lodge also has electric vehicle chargers that really helped. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mallorca if you’re looking for a place to relax, eat and be looked after.
