房間服務不錯，旁邊的一個湘菜館味道很好
設施：感覺相對有點舊了；
衞生：衞生還不錯，但是會有蚊子；
環境：離景點很近，開車10分鐘左右；
服務：服務很好，老闆那裡可以買便宜景區門票

在縣城邊一個商業城裡，位置進出城很方便。車位多，商業城沒什麼商户所以晚上很安靜。
整體設計，包括房間內很特別，能看到所有傢俱和裝飾全是原木，藝術性是到位了，但實用性舒適性一般般。
服務蠻好，大家都很和善，有問必答，也樂意幫忙。
能帶狗狗真是太好了。
另，雲門寺真不錯，附近農莊的姜雞湯真好喝。

設施：設施設備還是不錯的，裝修風格也很喜歡，還有個陽台
衞生：衞生方面還是很乾凈的，就是洗手枱的鏡子一晚上都在自開自關
環境：環境不錯，附近也挺多飯店的（不過好多都沒開）
服務：前台工作人員服務態度很好，很耐心解答我們的疑問
就是早餐太簡陋了，沒有什麼可以選擇，衹有：雞蛋，燒賣，白粥，饅頭，豆漿

出行方便，去雲門山風景區，南水湖濕地公園和過山瑤博物館都很近。服務很好，還給我們推薦了周邊好的飯店。方便我和同行的朋友在一起玩，第二天晚上還主動給我升級了房間。對狗狗友好，帶狗狗入住衹需要付50元的清潔費。

房間衞生和設施挺好。
缺點：沒有電梯、隔音差、安全性低。
一整夜都有客人陸陸續續入住，正常噪音，但因為隔音很差，根本沒法睡。凌晨不知道幾點外面有個人刷我的房門，本來就沒法睡，困的我迷迷糊糊的聽見刷卡聲音，大吼一聲給吼走了，也不敢開門，怕有人埋伏在門口。好不容易熬到沒什麼聲音了，天亮了，走廊有人聊天，聽的清清楚楚。

定了個1.8大床帶陽台的房，跟兩個閨蜜一起住，結果就在入住的時候被前台嫌棄，説這個床住不下，想讓我們補差價升級其他房型，我們説先到辦入住，真的不大再考慮換，後面發現這個床夠住，但是需要多拿個枕頭和洗澡的拖鞋，都被前台説因為用品都是每間房配備一套沒有多餘的給拒絕了，就想説作為獲獎的民宿，怎麼會沒有額外多的拖鞋和枕頭？這讓我對該民宿的衞生產生了質疑！難道你們的東西就不會爛不會有替換的需要？都不用額外配備一些備用嗎？還是説不想麻煩借給我們？而且我再退房後才發現我訂的房是含早餐，但是我不知道搞到沒有去吃，這些細節不是應該在入住的時候前台主動告知早餐的開放時間嗎？

位置很好，出高速大約500米左右，去雲門山開車10分鐘左右。酒店在一個遊客商業中心裏面，停車很便捷，對面有美宜家。寵物友好酒店，帶寵物入住需要先付款50元清潔費。房間衞生挺好，設施挺完善。缺點是沒有一次性拖鞋，對於潔癖人士不太友好；早餐品類非常單一，勝在豆漿特好喝的；房間被單有點潮濕，開了空調以後有股味，綜合來講80分吧。

裝修風格確實挺好的，挺漂亮，不過床尾地面上的石板鬆動了。
房間包含早餐，但是辦入住的時候要是能提醒用餐會更好，第二天下樓也沒看到有早餐。
