定了個1.8大床帶陽台的房，跟兩個閨蜜一起住，結果就在入住的時候被前台嫌棄，説這個床住不下，想讓我們補差價升級其他房型，我們説先到辦入住，真的不大再考慮換，後面發現這個床夠住，但是需要多拿個枕頭和洗澡的拖鞋，都被前台説因為用品都是每間房配備一套沒有多餘的給拒絕了，就想説作為獲獎的民宿，怎麼會沒有額外多的拖鞋和枕頭？這讓我對該民宿的衞生產生了質疑！難道你們的東西就不會爛不會有替換的需要？都不用額外配備一些備用嗎？還是説不想麻煩借給我們？而且我再退房後才發現我訂的房是含早餐，但是我不知道搞到沒有去吃，這些細節不是應該在入住的時候前台主動告知早餐的開放時間嗎？

位置很好，出高速大約500米左右，去雲門山開車10分鐘左右。酒店在一個遊客商業中心裏面，停車很便捷，對面有美宜家。寵物友好酒店，帶寵物入住需要先付款50元清潔費。房間衞生挺好，設施挺完善。缺點是沒有一次性拖鞋，對於潔癖人士不太友好；早餐品類非常單一，勝在豆漿特好喝的；房間被單有點潮濕，開了空調以後有股味，綜合來講80分吧。

裝修風格確實挺好的，挺漂亮，不過床尾地面上的石板鬆動了。
房間包含早餐，但是辦入住的時候要是能提醒用餐會更好，第二天下樓也沒看到有早餐。

其他都很好，環境，裝修都不錯，最人性化的是有濕巾，馬桶套，沐浴露，可以攜帶寵物，衹有兩點意見，我那天8.30下來已經沒有早餐了，我們另外吃了，但是前台小姐姐説沒有了就沒有了這樣是不是不太合適，我看有些大爺意見還挺大的，而且剩的那根澱粉腸裏有異物，空調晚上有異響，正好在床頭上面，影響休息。附近湘菜好吃，又泡了温泉，整體比較滿意。

寵物友好酒店~這次非常幸運的升級了有院子的房間😊小狗住的很開心！
房間比較簡約，有書香味，房裡還有配當地遊玩地圖~介紹遊玩路線，而且地理位置其實挺好的，一下高速就到了。
缺點是智能馬桶太**了，一晚上老是突然自動沖水。。。被吵了幾次把插頭拔了才能睡個好覺😓

非常滿意，就是訂的親子房裡麪的帳篷⛺有一點點臟，其他也還好。包含的早餐味道比較地道，附近也有瑞幸和喜茶，還吃上非常地道的潮汕生醃蝦，超級好吃，

房間是榻榻米，三樓上有一個茶室，有户外的休息區，一樓有簡易的營養早餐。總體來説還行！建議長者，孕婦別住三樓，提着行李上去喘氣不贏，沒電梯！
