Fabulous food and spa facilities. This is my 4th visit this year. It’s an excellent base to explore north Wales. Very convenient too for a day trip to Crosby to visit Gormley’s Another Place. Staff can’t do enough to help you have a good stay. 5*

Without fail, we’ve enjoyed every meal we've had at the Springfield hotel, in particular, their fabulous Sunday lunch! The menu is good with a great choice of starters and desserts. Plenty for everyone in the family to choose from. The staff are always attentive and couldn't be friendlier. We're never disappointed. Can't wait to go back!

Our ladies walking group stopped here for a light lunch followed by a hot tub ..perfect after a good walk ro ease those muscles . Lunch was great with lovely friendly service . The menu was fab ..but today only fancied a light bite ..but will return for evening meal with hubby .. we also visited in the summer ..amazing views sat outside .. you will love it !

Had a lovely spa day and lunch at the Springfield. Food fab and staff very attentive. Highly recommend the food and spa treatments. They make the best flat whites. I have brought lots of friends and family and sone friends have stayed over. Always have a good time

We stayed here for 1 night, The welcome was excellent very friendly, The Team could not do enough for us. The superior room was very spacious. Food in the restaurant was delicious and what a view. Breakfast was plenty full and very well presented. We will definitely be back.

Myself and my friend came here for a catch up as we hadn’t met for so long , we ordered fish and chips , and I had a beef and horseradish sandwich which came without the horseradish , my friends fish and chips was soaked in too much batter she couldn’t eat it , the batter was thick and not much fish inside , it was soggy and fatty it was priced at £16.95 , when she couldn’t eat the batter she told the waiter who said shall I tell the waiter and she said yes , my sandwich came without horseradish and the chips were substandard , when we came to pay the bill there was no apology from staff about the fish being to battery , they didn’t care they just wanted your money , we definitely won’t be eating here again substandard expensive food and not good quality Glasfryn here we come always a great meal in the Glasfryn in mold

My daughter and I treated ourselves to the heavenly spa day. We spent time in the gym, outdoor spa pool, steam room, sauna and relaxation room before our full body massage and facial. This is definitely one of the best spas we’ve been on. The staff there are truly caring people and took pride in making us feel welcome. The unlimited hot drinks and mini shortbread were a treat. We then had a Sunday lunch overlooking the river dee. This was our first visit and we will be back. This should be a 5star hotel. Special thanks to the lovely spa receptionist you really add to the lovely atmosphere xx

Excellent customer service. All of the staff are excellent and make you feel very welcome. Special mention to Simon - a warm sense of humour that makes you feel welcome! A great room for the business visitor with a large desk with a window view. Bathroom and bedroom very clean.
