Located in George Square, this hotel has been a lovely surprise for myself and my partner. The service was excellent, and the check in smooth and fast. The guy at the reception helped us upgrade FOC the room to a double. The room was spacious and clean, and the overall furniture style is modern and yet classy and cosy 10/10. We also had drinks at the bar and also there the service was nice and the drinks very well made. Finally we had breakfast in the morning. The variety and food quality was excellent, minus the coffee unfortunately, even tho this didn't ruin the experience. I'd definitely come back!

The hotel is in a very good location, not far from the two train stations, and right next to George Square. Because the hotel is new, there will be a bit of a smell when you first enter. I have stayed in many AC hotels, and this one was the most disappointing. The hotel room was covered with a thick layer of dust, and the hygiene was worrying. After checking in, there were no toothbrushes, no combs, and no bottled water. I called the white operator at the front desk, and he said it would take 15 minutes to deliver. In the end, an Asian lady at the front desk helped us in time and provided us with the convenience we deserved.
