Such a great friendly place to stay. If we are planning a trip to Branson and they don't have rooms available then we don't go to Branson. This is THE ONLY place we will stay. They make you feel like family. I am so glad we found this little slice of heaven.

I did find a dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower curtain rod. Overall review was great except as noted above. I have stayed year for at least 15 - 20 years with no problems. I will continue staying at Shady Acres Inn and Suites for future stays.

I had researched for a week trying to locate a place that was moderately priced and had decent reviews. My search was not very successful then a friend suggested I try Shady Acres that they had came across it a few years ago and had been very happy with it, so I booked it. I’m very happy to say that our stay here was great, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The cookies on the pillows, the locally made soap and makeup removal pads. The moderate price was a welcoming find. I was very impressed by the contact that was maintained with them on our reservation and our arrival even letting allowing us an early check in when the room was ready. We will gladly stay again and refer any friends who are in search of a place to stay.

I saw this property on Youtube, "The Elevator Channel". The review is from six years ago, but decided since I was going through Branson to give the property a try. The review is the reason why I booked this property. The property is well maintained and very charming. The room was definitely clean and recently updated. I found no cleanliness issues and found the bed comfortable. The property is definitely loved and well cared for. I am not a huge fan of rooms without some form of carpeting since they don't feel as cozy to me. (Prefer wall to wall or large area rugs). Yes, I strongly encourage people to stay at this property.

Super clean and convenient access to Silver Dollar City. Staff was so nice and helpful during our stay. We highly recommend to everyone to stay here if in the area and will consider another stay in the future. #affordable #clean #quaintsetting

We would definitely recommend Shady Acres. We were allowed to check in early and get our keys and then head to the park. The room was super close to Silver Dollar City and best of all, clean. We will plan to stay again next year as this was our second time.

Very reasonable price for very clean rooms and the friendliest staff you could ask for. Located close to all attractions but still a very quiet place to stay. Never hear the rooms next to your room. Has cable tv and a strong WiFi signal. Highly recommend Shady Acres Inn.

Excellent! We love staying here it’s close to Silver Dollar City but close to many things to do and see. Always clean and well maintained. Great Owners that are on site if you have any issues. Bed slept wonderful and in room coffee pot was nice in the morning
