Unfortunately what makes the experience in these apartments are not the apartments themselves but how they are managed by the owners (apparently, father, mother and daughter). Apartments by themselves are nice and location is good only short walk from Europa Park. Despite admitting that majority of reviews in tripadvisor and the other booking sites for this property are positive, every guest has the right to post truthful reviews of what they experienced despite the “hostile bullying” replies the management of this property are very keen to post to any review with negative comments. It is the most strange policy to respond to negative feedback from customers, let alone the way they deal with customers upon their stay. The feel we get from the beginning to the end of the stay is unmistakable feel of ignorant, hostile, pitifully greedy with absolutely no regard to what you feel as a guest or the impression they leave at you. That is apparent in the attitude, in their hostile replies to any negative review, in the house rules they invented (which is their right, BUT should have been stipulated in the description of the property in booking or any other site they post their property in NOT just send it to you immediately after you pay this NON-REFUNDABLE reservation – very clever). Overall, they don’t understand nor they care of the natural relation between seller/customer or host/guest, there is a general feel of superiority & hostility which is disastrous on the long run really for any business and especially in “hospitality” sector. Just to give you the feel, we stayed and left and they never even address us by our names, they just don’t care to remember them not even the lead guest, and they didn’t care even to introduce their names to us, which is extremely strange in “hospitality” business. We are group of 8 among them 2 children below 6 years old. As some other guests indicated in their reviews, the bad feel starts right from beginning, after paying the non-refundable reservation immediately you receive what seems to be an automatic message with “some” of the house rules (includes cleaning of apartment upon check-out, and even that was fine to us although not disclosed in advance before we pay, what annoys it is the illogical way in applying such “subjective” rules). Upon arrival in car from a tiring road trip we entered into the parking lot, the first experience was a lady (daughter) stopping us from parking in the parking slot, and saying “you are the 6 people, right ? this is not your parking” and she guided us to the last slot beside which in the garden the owners seem to have sort of gathering with some friends probably. All the citing of some “more” rules and handed us the key was while standing beside the gathering !!! and she seemed more keen to go back to the gathering as quick as possible, however she and her mother walked us up to the apartment afterwards with again re-instating more un-disclosed in advance rules of for example i
