Von unserer Seite lag eine gültige Buchungsbestätigung vor. Leider wurde diese vom Haus falsch ausgestellt – statt 2025 stand dort 2024. Nach telefonischer Rücksprache wurde zugesichert, dass der Fehler korrigiert und die Buchung auf 2025 umgeschrieben wird. Trotz mehrerer Anrufe in der Woche vor der geplanten Anreise wurde unsere Reservierung schließlich am Anreisetag um 14:00 Uhr kurzfristig abgesagt. Am Ende blieben wir ohne Unterkunft zurück und wurden lediglich mit Ausreden abgespeist und der Aussage:" wir hätten ihre zeit gestohlen". Sehr enttäuschend – so geht man nicht mit Gästen um.
