The hotel serves dinner, but there is pizza, which is not very tasty. You can take two or three trains to russelsheim station at the airport, then take a taxi (about ten euros) or a bus (15 minutes walk after getting off the bus) to the hotel. The first time I called Uber because of the large luggage, I chose the bus. It is also very convenient to go to the center of Frankfurt, and the train can be reached in 20 minutes to the central train station. When checking in and checking out, the front desk said that I didn't pay the room rate in advance, but I had already paid on Trip.com. After explaining to the front desk and showing them the confirmation form in the email, they did not have too much entanglement. I don't know how the Trip.com platform is booked.
