Worse hotel ever, will never book again, if I had to give 0 stars I would. The worst experience ever in my life, rude staff, rude reception on the phone, provide false promises and never stick to their words Avoid at all cost

Lovely countryside surroundings, comfy beds, good bathroom. But not catered for children, no cooked breakfast option available, no close shops around.

Was really concerned having read the reviews… was absolutely pleasantly surprised… lovely rooms… hot showers…. Ideal location for Gatwick airport…. Very relaxing…… would absolutely recommend this hotel… especially when flying out of Gatwick… cheapest way to get here from the airport…… take the train to Crawley… then a taxi from Crawley station shouldn’t cost more than 8/9 uk pounds

The room was big, doors seemed a bit raised off the floor, i recall noticing it being quite a noticeable gap. The bath and facilities were good in a quiet county area, with safe parking an I'm sure there must be some nice walks in the area.

Was absolutely lovely didn't expect it to be so nice. Was just an overnight for early flight. Have already booked for later in the year

Booked as we wanted to be near Airport due to late arrival. Hotel was very accommodating to our arrival time. Taxi to here was very expensive though. Rooms need updating and cleaning.

Beautiful surrounding. The room was lovely and warm with a fridge, microwave, Kettle and TV. The bed was comfy and overall it was a pleasant stay. It would be definately a place I would reconsider if I fly from Gatwick again.

A taxi from Gatwick airport will cost £22! Because of greedy airport owners owners charge taxis £5 fee. This makes room rate Not so cheap. Unless you take the bus via Crawley to main road stop £2. No main road signage to guide you to hotel in dark & terrible road in. Nice family run it & room very warm! Spacious & comfortable ok location if driving. Tip taxi back to airport can drop you off at bus stop outside south terminal saves the £5 if driver agrees! John, Australia

i just love the services and i can say i got the best experience everything is too good..

The location, services and amenities are okay. However the ledges, door frame and the ceiling needs checking for dust and cub webs

Lovely quiet relaxed place with very lovely and superb staff

The only thing decent about this hotel was the bed which was comfortable and the coffee that was provided. Otherwise, this hotel is below subpar. The room was damp. The bath water was lukewarm bordering on cold. There was mold alongside the edge of the tub and cobwebs above the bathroom sink. The carpets in the hallway had not been vacuumed in a while. There was no soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The cab fare from Gatwick airport was 24 pounds. It is better to pay more and have a clean, stocked room. Do not stay here unless you are desperate. I am usually a positive person but this hotel made me feel very unhappy. This is a one star hotel. How it has 4 stars is a mystery to me.

Only stayed as used parking for airport Parking price was really good and it’s okay for a place to rest your head.
