I highly recommend the Mantis Kivu Marina Bay Hotel. We had an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff were always available, attentive, and eager to assist with anything we needed. The waiter staff were equally incredible, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. It truly made for a memorable visit.

Mantis Kivu Marina Hotel has great view of Lake Kivu. The rooms are well equipped in additional to room service which is perfect. The customer service was excellent and all staff members are very active with time management. You access the menu of all drinks and food through your room through smart TV.

Kivu Mantis hotel has great views over Mount Kivu. The rooms are very large and well equipped. The customer service was excellent and all staff members are very attentive. The pool area is a great place to relax and is very clean. The restaurant was very good.

Very nice Hospitality and experience. I would recommend Mr. Jackson, the receptionist, he is professional and follows up on the guests perfectly. Pickup from the airport was arranged well and on time and the drop-off to the airport as well was done on time.

I had a blast for the time my husband and I spent at Mantis. Their rooms are very comfortable, in a very peaceful environment, and with a nice view to the lake! It is located not far from Kamembe city centre. Their breakfast is delicious, with a lot of options (pastries, fruits, veggies, etc.). Their food is nice while relatively affordable. Their employees are very helpful and respectful. I actually can’t wait to go back!

I stayed at the Mantis Kivu hotel with a tour group and we had a fantastic experience. The property is beautiful - I especially enjoyed the pool area and the spacious rooms. Great location by Lake Kivu. I also want to applaud the chef and kitchen staff - every meal was delicious and there was careful attention paid to the details. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and felt very welcome. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to be in this area!
