This is the best choice for a business trip in Rushan! The front desk is very friendly, kind and considerate. They also prepared water and snacks when checking out. Especially when it was cold, they heated the water before giving it to us. I was very touched.

The hotel upgraded the room to a suite, and sent an electric heater to ensure the room temperature was comfortable because the room temperature was low! The breakfast was delivered to the room, which was very rich. Thank you for the breakfast provided! When I checked out, the front desk prepared warm mineral water and hot milk, which was very nice! It really made me feel at home!

I had a very good experience at Rushan Huaxi Hotel! I booked this hotel by chance, but was very surprised. The service was very enthusiastic. After checking in, the waiter guided me to the room. There were service staff waiting on the floor of the room. The door was opened and the drinks provided in the room were free. The bed was shaped, which was very attentive and felt full of sincerity. The hotel buffet dinner, mainly seafood, was only 88 yuan at the original price. Guests had exclusive discounts. Fresh swimming crabs and various shellfish were all available. The cost performance was really high. I was also surprised at breakfast. I went to the restaurant to get my own meal first. I didn't expect that when I returned to my seat, the waiter served a special breakfast and told me that it was exclusive for online booking (there was no withdrawal in the Ctrip booking). This breakfast was completely different from the buffet, much more upscale, especially including a portion of millet stewed sea cucumber, which was really a high-end trea**ent. When checking out, before we even got to the counter, the lobby manager accurately reported our room number. It felt like we had received special attention and service, which was too high-end. I came to Rushan for the first time in 2021. Rushan has a beautiful environment, with greenery everywhere and very good air. This is my second time in Rushan. I stayed in this hotel for the first time. The hotel service was very good. When I checked in, the front desk lady kindly offered me 2 cups of ginger tea to drive away the cold. The room attendant was waiting outside the elevator in the room and took the initiative to offer welcome snacks. Our room can see the sunset, which is very beautiful. The breakfast is very rich. The restaurant sent two bowls of sea cucumber millet porridge and other snacks. After checking out, the hotel also enthusiastically sent warm soy milk, mineral water and snacks for us to eat on the road. The service is really good. I have recommended it to my friends.
