地理位置佳，安安靜靜的，懷疑我們所在樓層衹有我們入住了
公家的賓館住要追求的就是早餐和相對乾淨規矩的服務和衞生條件了
窗外可以遠遠的看到福山，門口過馬路就是銀灘大拇指廣場，早上海灘上漁民會販賣自己捕回來的海貨
早餐按照人數來，有牛奶、雞蛋、粥、麪點、炒菜1個、小菜3個，看着乾淨放心，味道難得不錯。

很垃圾，廁所洗澡都沒有地漏，還要掏個洞從馬桶前面流出來，搞得衞生間很臟，三張床衹有兩個能充電，另一個沒有電源插座，設計的不合理，紗窗有破洞！床硬枕頭不舒服！

環境一流，但設備太陳舊，床單毛巾硬邦邦的，有的還破損。六小件更是像小賓館裏的，有的服務員很好（如前台戴眼鏡的姑娘，做衞生的高個子姑娘），有的就態度不好，服務意識差。

首先酒店的地理位置很好，離銀灘大拇指廣場很近，走幾分鐘就到海邊，房間設施比較舊，最讓人不滿意的是衞生間的地漏不行，雖是乾濕分離，但淋浴間的水是流在浴室外面的，整個衞生間都是水，非常滑，不安全。

地理位置很好，就在大拇指廣場旁邊，去海灘游泳很方便，就是入住很晚，不過暑期也有情可原，算是乳山銀灘比較不錯的賓館了，吃飯也方便。

臨時訂了一家，屬於比較老舊的，還算乾淨，不過，因為人不多，樓道燈沒開，有點黑。地理位置還不錯，走路去海邊很近。就是太熱了。

硬件設施差點，服務還可以，早餐豐富（中式早餐），離沙灘近，非常方便！海灘又寬又緩，比青島的沙灘好！
