Lavande Hotel (Weihai Rushan Zhenhua Shopping Center)

The hotel is nice, next to the school, very quiet at night, and there are shopping malls and barbecue streets nearby. The front desk staff, Du Ruo Xanthium and Shiso, were warm and thoughtful. I recommend this hotel!

The room is large and clean. The room can connect the phone to the speaker via Bluetooth. The location is also in the city.

The service is very good, the room is large and spacious, and well ventilated. The only problem is that the breakfast was not enough after 9 o'clock, and it was not replenished. Fortunately, the room was not bad, and the housekeeping lady and the manager were very friendly. I stayed in Vienna next door before, and this one is newer and better. I will continue to stay next time.

The service is poor. When you enter the room, there are no slippers or towels. You need to call the front desk to ask for them. What's more terrible is that when you go out the next day and come back, the door of the room is open. Maybe they locked the door after cleaning. I don't know why. It will be troublesome if you lose something. I forgot my room card and went to the front desk to get a new one. They only asked for the room number without the appropriate personal phone number or the last four digits of the ID card. It's incredible. The safety awareness needs to be improved. In short, the experience was not good as soon as I checked in.

Seeing that it was newly opened in 2024, although it was 20 kilometers away from our destination, we still chose LeFeng. However, due to uncertainties in the itinerary, I booked a business king room for two nights. When checking in at the front desk, there was only a tall young lady standing next to me who provided service with a smile throughout the whole process. We checked in quite late at night, and the bathroom smelled really bad. We discovered the next day that the ceiling at the entrance was moldy. The air conditioner was set to 16 degrees, but the room temperature was still 27 or 28 degrees. The key point is that once the disposable slippers are worn, they will not be replaced with new ones the next day. If you don't pay extra, as long as they are not used, including mineral water (except slippers), they will not be replenished. Hope the service can be improved.
