去年入住過一次，給我的感覺非常不錯，之所以，今年再次預訂入住，該房位置好，去海邊浴場不行十分鐘，購物方便，海鮮和農產品非常新鮮，總而言之，超讚。

房子離大拇指廣場進，南北2個門，淮河路一出去就是宮家集市場，再往前走有座核酸檢測站。很方便，房子裏還有一個自行車🚲，相當划算。

總體還算滿意，應該是旺季來臨了吧，房價稍微有點高，好在可以接受。名聲在外的乳山銀灘，親身感受一下，很好。距離海邊很近，離大拇指廣場1.5公里。購物買菜都很方便，前提是要開車，公共交通選擇不是很多。空調很給力，各種餐具鍋具齊全，買了幾樣海鮮給孩子們做了頓飯。小區門口有小超市和早餐店。
