Booked a deluxe room at the appropriate rate. Non-working, moldy fridge. Discolored wallpaper. Round shower basin with a straight shower rod, so that the bathroom is under water after the shower, the toilet leaks, so that you cannot go to the toilet dry. Everything is worn out everywhere. Very ring hearing. You can hear the guests above the room, the toilet in the next room. Whole night party on the ground floor so loud that you can't sleep (not even after complaining). Price reduction was then promised but not granted. Very minimal breakfast buffet. 1 jam in a jam jar smeared to the top. 2 types of bread (1 toast, 1 preserve bread). You have to get coffee in front of the breakfast room outside at the bar, where 1 person is, who also serves the reception. Therefore no service. Coffee pre-brewed and terrible. Not a 3 star level. No elevator, not wheelchair accessible.
