When I checked out, the deposit I paid by swiping my card was not returned to me in the same way, nor was it refunded in US dollars. Instead, it was refunded to me in Iraqi dinars. I was in a hurry to catch a flight and had no time to exchange the US dollars. I might not have the chance to go to Iraq again in the future. I lost more than a thousand yuan in vain

At maximum, a low-medium rating. Rooms very bland, lighting problems and the hot water was lacking. The air conditioning system was very problematic. It was either very hot or very cold. Night staff very rude and anapologetic, will definetly not stay again

The hotel is good but very high priced for business travellers Limited food options for Indian specially vegetarians Very few staff know English well others can speak in Arabic Very good gym and swimming pool available Very well connected to the city centre and other attractions Has a cafe and bar and good restaurants available Very high priced but there are not much options available in the city. Very clear compare to other hotels in the area Good connectivity to airport using airport cabs Couples not allowed

popped in the 'american bar' on a couple of occasions on recent trip to baghdad they had cans/bottles beers for 8000 iraqi dinar...cans of amstel and heineken and bottles of corona and tuborg 't' beer...not a bad price in truth and served in cold glass staff were reasonably friendly and place had decent atmosphere with non intrusive music

This place is managed like in the 1950's. They gave me a tiny room with no light and loud AC. As soon as you speak to a lady at the reception, a man will pop in in the conversation and ask you what do you need even if your request is trivial. Happened twice to me. As if a male customer could not address a female employee... and the intruder expects you to rephrase your request while you already stated your needs. The reservation system is arcahaic. We had to pay one extra night for a room never used due to their disorganization. They also called me at 10 AM and asked me to check out under pretext they were full.. I managed to keep the room after complaining. Terrible place and terrible people.

Rooms are not clean, they didn’t change the pillow cases when I checked in, I found human hair in a couple of places, bathtub corners full of dirt, floor carpet not changes since ages. Only one bottle of complementary water, extra bottle for 2000 IQD (1.5$)! They don’t allow water to enter from outside. Never come to this hotel. الغرف ليست نظيفة، لم يتم تبديل البياضات قبل استلام الغرف، وجدت شعر الانسان في اكثر من موضع، حافات حوض الحمام غير نظيفة بالمرة، سجاد الارضيات قذرة ولم يتم استبداله منذ عصور، تقديم زجاجة ماء واحدة مجانا مع الغرفة، اذا اردت المزيد فسعر الزجاجة ٢٠٠٠ دينار (١،٥ دولار) لا يسمح بادخال الماء من الخارج. لا انصح احدا بالنزول في هذا الفندق.

I stay here 75 days, very good hotel, staff friendly, food perfect special the lamb, the chef of restaurant Nageb very friendly and helpful, room ok, cleaning every day,the pool very great . The waitress Dhay very nice and beautiful and serve you all time.
