I didn't stay at the Mango Hotel in Dhaka before because I accidentally lost my passport and I felt so miserable in this place where I had no relatives! Later, my friend introduced me to the Mango Hotel and said that he would help us Chinese people. I found the Mango Hotel with a nervous heart. The owner was really good. I picked up the phone and called the embassy and sent someone to take me to complete the procedures. Because I had to wait for a few working days to get the documents, I stayed in the hotel. To be honest, the cleanliness of the hotel was my first impression. The second was that all the meals were authentic Chinese food. The third was that all the staff were warm and the service attitude was super good. It made me feel like home. I want to express a lot, and I am not dragging my feet. If you plan to come to Dhaka, Bangladesh for inspection, you must choose the Dhaka Mango Hotel. The owner has been here for more than 20 years and knows all walks of life. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. Looking at the pictures of bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Disposable slippers are provided, as well as toothpaste and toothbrushes. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: Dry and wet are separated. Breakfast: Look at the pictures for yourself. Hotel service staff: Personally I think they are very service-minded and quite careless during the stay.

Hotel is conveniently located very near the airport.
The checkin n check out was very smooth. The facilities like the gym n spa was fully equipped and clean. The service staff at the poolside and restaurant are very friendly n attentive. Quality of food in all the restaurants are good. Overall, it was a prefect hotel and especially enjoyed the daily complimentary coffee at the lounge.

Loved this hotel. Rooms were kept clean, beds were comfy and staff were very helpful. The hotel has a great pool area, stunning view from the gym and a sauna. Didn’t make use of the spa facilities and didn’t eat in the hotel much (1 breakfast and 1 lunch).

Decent hotel at the business centre of Dhaka and not too far from the Airport. I had booked an executive class room but was given standard deluxe at the front office. However, when i reminded they immediately changed it to the executive class (what if someone didn’t notice but had paid for executive - this should not happen). Breakfast buffet was good and staff member ‘ARMAAN’ at the restaurant served me really well. He was courteous and helpful. Other hotel staff were also good but they can improve a bit at the concierge. Wifi was good. A lot of eateries around the area so I mostly ate out, Especially, at the famous Star Kebab restaurant which is just round the corner. Better taste, options and reasonably priced. The room service and restaurant price were too exaggerated and on top of that you are charged multiple taxes. Overall comfortable stay but i guess if you are in Dhaka - go for apartments/AirBnb as there are limited good hotels and they are mega expensive.

My night at Hotel Afford-Inn was a pleasant surprise, blending comfort and affordability. A warm welcome with a juice at reception and helpful staff easing my luggage set a positive tone. The room, spacious and tidy with a cozy bed, i slept like a baby, maybe I was also exhausted from my long flights. Its proximity to the airport, just 2km away, was great, with quick and budget-friendly Uber rides at $3 to drop me off at the hotel and I paid arround $2 to Uber three wheels vehicle/TomTom to drop me off at the airport the next morning
The breakfast was modest. Street noise, inevitable in Dhaka, was a minor hiccup. Having tried pricier options with little difference and budget stays sacrificing comfort, Hotel Afford-Inn struck the right balance for me. For a low-budget, without compromising comfort, I'd recommend Hotel Afford-Inn and plan to return myself.
