I had terrible experience in Rupakot Resort which I visited on 16 August 2025. I was in pokhara and wanted to go to Rupakot resort for dinner. I ordered two items- Pad Thai Noodles and Hakka Noodles. When they brought food it was completely different unlike mentioned in menu. I never eat chicken but there was chicken in it and it was not hakka noodles. It was local noodles. Later i made complaint coz they spoiled my time. The chef arrived with explanation but i noticed he was dressed so unhygienic. Ironically front desk staffs were dressed well. I made them write on paper which i have attached herewith

Absolutely stunning resort! The views of the Annapurna range and Rupa and Begnas Lakes are breathtaking. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and the rooms are spotless with amazing balcony views. The breakfast spread was great, and the infinity pool is pure serenity. A peaceful retreat away from the city—Rupakot Resort is truly one of Pokhara’s hidden gems!

peaceful environment, beautiful views, and overall hospitality. However, I was quite disappointed with the shuttle bus service. The pickup was delayed for a long time, which caused inconvenience and disrupted my schedule. For a resort of such high standards, I expected more punctual and organized transportation. The waiting time was frustrating, especially under the sun with no clear updates from the staff. I hope the management improves the timing and coordination of the shuttle service, as it’s an important part of the guest experience. Apart from this issue, everything else at the resort was wonderful and worth recommending once the transport service becomes more reliable.
