從不給差評，出門一個月了，這家店實在讓人忍不住。1、到了前台，沒個笑臉就算了，還得我告訴她我有預訂，訂了豪華三人間，還愛答不理的。2、進房間桌子、地上一層灰可以理解，還有不知名的渣渣，想着灰塵大，也可以忍，但到處都是小動物和屍體，而且都在一眼就能看到的地方，衞生間淋浴區下水口旁邊，床邊、椅子邊。難道不檢查房間就出售嗎？3、掀開被子，床單居然是爛了有補丁的？看着是24年開業的店，應該設施設備比較新才對，結果不是。4、因為在攜程預訂，找了攜程客服，客服很快給回覆，給出解決方案，但是酒店自始至終沒有任何反應，可能是生意好不愁賣，你愛住不住。5、房間連個喝水杯都沒有。6、最不能忍的是，晚上噪音太大，轟轟的聲音，實在睡不着，自己房間沒開空調，發現是旁邊房間空調外機噪音，感覺就像在腦袋旁邊放了一台發動機，一晚上沒睡好，躺在床上錄發動機聲（音頻無法上傳）。因為小動物屍體酒店就沒人管，又是半夜，不會有人管，等到天亮直接退房離開，退房時還是愛答不理的，連個對不起都沒有。這家店慎重選擇，性價比低，從服務、衞生、設施各方面看，管理極差。

三人間的房間挺大的，該有的都有。酒店樓下可以停車，十字路口對面就是樓蘭文化公園，距離博物館也不遠。就是水龍頭鬆動，床頭燈接觸不良。

酒店位置很好，在樓蘭文化公園斜對面。吃飯周邊很方便，設施齊備，衞生乾淨，環境很好，比較安靜，服務到位。

定了兩間大床房，到店後告訴我，我定的價格是前台改錯了讓我補差價，我也能體諒前台，就補了差價，上去後發現其中一間別人睡過的開給我們，床有明顯睡過的痕跡，廁所也有使用痕跡，另外一間床上有不明毛髮，雖然後麪給我們換了房間，換了更便宜的房間後，不主動提出退差價，也沒有對他們的工作失誤做出道歉，不推薦不理解，雖然我以後都不會來若羌，但是非常不推薦

雙人間衹有一個牙刷，毛巾發黃，衞生不乾淨。地面有前面客人留的垃圾。前台服務誤導他人，不含早餐，但是引導客人去隔壁收費早餐吃飯，每人15元（當地人6元），在縣城還是比較貴的，而且味道不好吃，不建議大家去吃。

衞生差!服務跟不上!
一個前台和一個保安就搞定了，酒店老闆的人工成本控制的太低了。
房間有股味道，開空調吹了會兒好些了。
早餐是外包的，不好吃!
唯一的好處是就在樓蘭文化公園斜對角。衝著地理位置入住的，被酒店環境狠狠上了一課!（沒有拍照）

設施老舊，人員也不足，電視打不開，告訴前台，他派人上來一頓檢查，説讓我們自己下樓再找前台，態度極其惡劣，讓小孩不要看電視，iPad玩玩就行了。最後派了個保安大叔上來，雖然大叔也不知道怎麼弄，但是態度還算好，跑上跑下幫忙找遙控找電池。這麼大個酒店，連個客房服務人員都沒有麼？空調老舊，噪音跟拖拉機一樣響，幸虧就歇腳一晚，整個行程最不滿意的一家。
