呵呵😒我真的是服了，第一次碰到這樣的事情，真的是對事不對人，二樓那個保潔大媽什麼態度，不小心把東西落在酒店，根據法律規定顧客主動聯繫酒店告知遺落了物品並要求尋找，酒店有責任進行查找，找到後應妥善保管並通知顧客。我退房第一時間發現東西遺漏並打電話告知當天取回，溝通態度都比較良好，結果到了那上樓尋找，那二樓大媽就會一個勁推卸責任，説話還陰陽怪氣的，説什麼還以為是什麼幾十萬的東西丟了，第一次給酒店發差評！！！

房間乾淨整潔，室內暖和。周邊吃飯餐館多，離自由市場較近，購物很方便。早歺豐富品種多，味道不錯，歺廳很乾凈。衞生間坐便器沖水外漏，淋浴器鬆動。設施有點老化

本來早上吃早飯的時候就給前台的美女説了續個時租結果下午不知道幾點退房睡過去了前台也沒有打催離電話導致產生了一天的房費吃了個啞巴虧把錢付了就退房走了我問她有什麼解決辦法她説沒有真的是沒想到下次不會再來了本來特意去定了這家結果讓人很惱火

天一天一，若羌第一，同等價位的賓館天一的確不錯，早餐特別豐富，吃的東西很多。交通也比較便利，離汽車站很近。衞生也挺好的。
