I have stayed over 40 times at this Premier Inn in Addlestone ever since it opened in 2019.. due to my work being closeby In recent times the service at the reception is now poor, they dont seem interested in the customer anymore. last three times they have coded the key only for one night, and it isnt me being some RF freak, as I use PI all over the country with exactly the same RF cards and no issues, now it is almost always goto room, work out it didnt work, travel all the way back, to get hassel of reception, making out its my fault, yet 2 others having exactly the same issue at the same time..... its really really bad here now.. coupled with next to zero maintaince happening, for the last 6 stays I have complained that the Basin Sink tap the water doesnt get hot because the Tap doesnt turn to hot (barley past 6 o'clock towards 9 on the 9 -3 they goto at other PI, and it just gets ignored they dont fix them, today I had to unblock my own sink.. how come the cleaner didnt fix this.. maybe iy was reported but of course no fix As many others have reported the Air Conditioning no longer gets cold.. all this is down to poor managment of staff and maintaince.. They removed the lovel ches lounger and put an uncofortable chair.. lets not even talk about how expensive the paid internet is now..... Come on Premier Inn you DO better elsewhere, whats broken at this one.... Shockingly bad for Premier Inn
