Upon booking I was not aware the hotel was not in the city centre, and therefore was about 30-40 minutes away from the malls. However, what it lacks in proximity it makes up for in service and cleanliness. Room service food was very yummy, and I loved the 2000s emo songs played by the bar. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet which even had a popcorn and cotton candy machine, as well as chocolate fountain for children on Sunday. Their waffles and latte from their coffee machine were amazing! Oh, but the sink in the bathroom did leak (see picture) :/

check in at 1 o'clock until the room towels and socks were not available so I couldn't take a shower. and the ac room leaking out of water constantly. direct complaining reception until I called 3 times until 2 p.m. there was no repair. finally I went down to the reception ask for a change room. The room is full. I waited for the receptionist. There was no news until I was 1am. I asked back it was finished but not told. until the room turned out to be many traces of shoes from the room attendant. used to clean the ac service. I asked for a replacement hose and the room was cleaned because my room was used to sholat. cleaning service came to clean and bring his dirty hose. but he didn't come back until I checked out there. The bathroom hose and it turns out 30 minutes after I got in the AC room, it was still leaking. I spent almost 2 hours taking care of things that don't matter. Although my position was a little short once a trip from Jakarta. I was very disappointed with this hotel. because it is a 4 star hotel so my expectations are great. but this is a The hotel with the worst service I've stayed in the hotel.
