Massive hotel with just as many guests coming in and out. Food: Breakfast wasn’t always good. There’s limited variety. I think the Food Exchange restaurant is a tad bit too small for the size of the hotel. The new Heritage restaurant on the other hand, is amazing. The buffet dinners were spectacular every night. Amenities: The pool and pool bar are great places to hang out. But you kinda need to schedule your pool time well because there’s unofficial peak times for families with kids. Depending on your family/preferences, you might aim for those times or completely avoid the pool at that time. Room: Large and spacious. We had a great city view. I didn’t appreciate the lack of hand towels in the bathroom. Everything else was up to standard.

No tissues, no shower cap, parking only free one time. But the room is good, service also. The staff are polite. Good budget hotel. Clean and comfy.

The AC in the room wasn't cold at all, until I went to bed at night and woke up sweating too hot The bedside lamp next to the bed also didn't turn on Luckily the service was quite satisfactory, asked to move rooms straight away and the AC in the other room was cold
