I didn’t like much. In the front desk team no one speaks English, they had to call other people to translate. The breakfast was poor, and the bathroom in the room 303 was smelling bad, I had to close it. The bed was comfortable, the lifts lack maintenance. On the other hand, the bed was comfortable and just wanted to sleep.
Lastly, I hope they refund the 45 euros they charged for guarantee as they promised.

The hotel services wasn't that bad....the only problem was the lift was not working we had to take the long stairs and the key card decline from entering the room twice

I have my mobile phone robbed in Paris Porte de clignancourt 😢, so I cannot upload the photos.😤
The room has a saucepan mark on the carpet, broken door hinge, shower water leaks over half of the bathroom......
The worst worst thing is, when I checked in at 11 pm., a tall black man asked me to pay 120€. I replied NO, then he said the room is not free. I was so angry andI insisted that I had paid. Eventually, he knew he was wrong.
The black lady in the morning is polite and helpful.
I would say I won't come to Paris again.

We stayed one night. It was like a break (we arrived there around midnight and left there at 5!), but the stay was not too bad. Good point; free shuttle bus to Orly int. which is operated every 30 mins even quite early in the morning (we took 5:34 one!). Bad points; bad access from the centre of Paris. We needed to change trains three times, which took a lot of energy and time…
Totally, the experience was satisfying. if you take very early flight, I’d recommend that you should stay here.

Lost my jacket there, even I went back to check after couple of hours of checking out, they said they didn’t see anything in my room when cleaning……..
