Hotel Spa Faltom Gdynia Rumia

We have stayed numerous times at this hotel over the years whilst on business in the area and have always been very pleased with it. However, this time, we were disappointed that the hotel no longer cleans or tidies your room during your stay at all. They cite 'Eco-friendliness' as their reason for this, but obviously it is really cost-cutting. So it means that nobody makes the beds, tidies the bathroom, washes glasses in your room. Nothing whatsoever during your entire stay. Of course, we can do all these things ourselves, and we did, but what am I paying a four star hotel for then? Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, but they really do need to review this policy.

Spa ok, internet very weak Spa was ok, sauna's and jacuzzi very nice. Very bad internet quality, at least in 2nd floor.

Fabulous from start to finish. I visited this hotel years ago and they left a great impression so I returned with friends. It did not disappoint. The hotel could not do enough to accommodate us. The staff were super friendly and the service was great. While the location is not as tranquil as some, once you step inside you forget this. The spa is amazing with ample facilities. The team working there were on point. The breakfast has multiple options and the dinners had me needing to lay down. Great stay And while this may go over some heads, the fact that we were 4 black ladies and were treated with such respect & care needs to be mentioned as even thought we are in 2024... this isn't always the norm. We are already planning a return trip

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your hotel and restaurant. The level of service, quality of food, and overall experience were utterly appalling. I have been a loyal patron, having visited countless times before, but this visit has left me with no intention of ever returning. Firstly, the service was deplorable. The staff seemed disinterested and untrained, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. It was as if they couldn't care less about the guests' needs and comfort. Additionally, the restaurant manager was incredibly rude, showing no regard for basic courtesy or customer service. Next, the food was nothing short of a disaster. The menu clearly listed dishes that were completely different from what was served. Not only did they cheat me with the menu, but they also inflated the prices for dishes that turned out to be of very poor quality and quantity. The portions were minuscule, and the taste was appalling. I felt like I was being taken advantage of as a customer. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was unpleasant. The ambiance was lackluster, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. It was evident that no effort was put into maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. I am deeply disappointed in the decline of your establishment's standards. As a long-time customer, I expected better treatment and quality. It is evident that your management and staff have become complacent, and the level of service has drastically plummeted. In conclusion, this experience was the worst I have ever encountered at your hotel and restaurant. I implore you to take immediate action to rectify these issues and regain the trust of your customers. As for myself, I can confidently say that I will never step foot in your establishment again.
