The air quality in the room was the worst I’ve experienced in any hotel. Is there any ventilation in the building? The location is in the middle of an industrial area and a train track goes next to the hotel. If you’re unlucky and is given a room from the train track side, you can’t even keep a window open to make the air breathable.

The PA and I’s arrival at this establishment was delayed after our Airbus A320 was forced to divert to Munich because of the lovely weather in Innsbruck. We were required to call a number to get a code in order to release the room key, not wanting to be charged for an international call I made the PA use his phone. Upon entering the room I was not impressed with the size, it would be difficult to swing a cat in there; it also wasn’t clear whether the door had shut properly behind us. As a result of this I insisted that the PA place a chair up against the door to offer some protection against invaders. It was at this point I discovered we had a door to a balcony (communal) so I made the PA the other chair up against that door too. The bed was extremely firm which made sleeping difficult, it was also rather small so I told the PA he would have to sleep on the chair by the door. After I called lights out it became clear the bathroom was still lit up like the Blackpool illuminations, I sent the PA to sort it out and next minute Dua Lipa was blaring out of the speakers. Once I finally got to sleep I found myself rudely awakened by the irritating noise of a dog (rat) barking, what an inconsiderate owner; I sent the PA about to take care of this dog (ideally euthanise). Overall this hotel was convenient due to its price but the sleep quality was rather poor.

The location of the hotel is convenient, ample parking and bus/train station that takes you to Innsbruck across the road. Friendly staff, but some don't even try to make themselves understood, they speak only and exclusively German. Spacious rooms, some with carpet, others with parquet. Average breakfast, not too abundant and preferably salty (but be careful not to go down after 8.45am, the trays will be empty). It is best to pay for everything at the end of your stay, if you are unable to enjoy breakfast and you have already paid for the room you will lose your money, it will not even be deducted from a possible dinner. The dinner was so-so, nothing to say about the cutlet, but the rest (as Italians) we found strange, exaggerated and we really don't like this trend of the single dish (pasta, meat and vegetables together). Exaggerated dinner prices, water from €0.75 to €6.00 is absurd, 4 of us spent an average of €115 for dinner for just one course each (therefore without starter or dessert) and drinks. It is better to eat out (the problem is that there is only one fast food restaurant nearby)

just outside Innsbruck, in Rum, on the main road, the hotel has ample parking. The structure is classic and very well furnished (in classic style). The rooms are large, comfortable but excessively heated: there is no possibility of regulating the temperature except by acting directly on the radiator valves. Breakfast is abundant with a large buffet, in a large restaurant room. The staff is friendly and helpful; slightly excessive prices.

Ample and free parking. Well located for excursions. Good breakfast, wide variety of types of bread. Clean rooms. Correct treatment. Two bad things: that it is very hot and they are not prepared for it since there is no air conditioning. The second thing is that the vending machines use coins and if you request change at reception they charge you 28% for the change from bill to coins being the same currency (euros) that is, from €5 they gave us €3.80

The price of €100 per room without breakfast is very expensive for the class of the hotel. It is also not central, so the price is not justified. The rooms are old-fashioned (not like the promising pictures on Booking), old carpets and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Since a parking space was very important to me, I called before booking to make sure there was a hotel parking space... when I arrived, I was sad to find that there was only a public parking space in front of the hotel. In conclusion, I think the price is simply too expensive for what you get.

Nice hotel, good location for the center reachable in 5 minutes if by car, good clean rooms, exceptional breakfast, good free parking too, I would say almost everything is perfect, the only flaw is that a 4 star hotel at the reception there must be an operator, I have an operator who speaks in multiple languages, English, Italian, Spanish, etc. This penalized us greatly in making ourselves understood about information. I repeat, a 4-star hotel cannot afford not to have staff with multiple languages.

Man konnte jede Feder spüren! Schrecklich!
