睡覺睡着一整晚都癢癢的，感覺不太衞生。飛機延誤入住，前台一個人沒有，打了六個電話都沒人。環境一般，電視遙控電池都沒有用不了，價格挺便宜的，就在市醫院對面比較方便。

這次入住真的讓我倍感驚喜！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就被温馨雅緻的環境和工作人員熱情的微笑所感染。前台辦理入住高效專業，還貼心升級了房型，細節之處盡顯用心。
房間寬敞明亮，落地窗視野極佳，床品柔軟舒適得像睡在雲朵上，一夜好眠到天亮。讓人瞬間感受到"家外之家"的温暖。
本地特色小吃令人印象深刻。退房時服務員主動幫忙搬運行李，還贈送了特色小禮物。
地理位置也很優越，步行可達商業區，周邊美食林立。這次入住體驗遠超預期，無論是商務出行還是休閑度假都是絕佳選擇，下次一定會再來！強烈推薦給所有追求品質的旅行者！

位置方便，出行距離弄莫湖1.6公里，開電動車10分鐘不到即刻抵達，距離從芒市機場到瑞麗的大巴的凱通酒店站，300多米距離，步行10分鐘不到可達。
前台服務人員，親切友好。飲用水不夠了，需要補充，主動提供。特別是在3月28日，緬甸發生7.9級大地震，當時還在猶豫是否繼續前往瑞麗，通過平台發訊息給酒店留言，也很快收到回覆，告訴一切正常，減少了我的顧慮。到了酒店，當工作人員認出是我在平台提問，還主動打招呼，説回覆有點慢了。
