their villa room are really clean and spacious and I'm so lucky that the hot spring n swimming pool is just beside my villa. And the staff there are helpful and very polite.

很老的酒店，看得出以前是比較高檔的，衹是太老了。訂的是別墅商務套房，房間衹有床頭燈和閲讀燈。我不喜歡暗的房間。衞生間看着臟，浴巾毛巾就是那種老四五星酒店的配置，地毯比較臟。唯一不錯的是每個房間都有刮鬍刀，住希爾頓有時也要單要的。園區環境還不錯，温泉池衹開放兩個大的。

前台服務態度很差，不滿足客人提出最基本的要求，比如泡澡時間，房間缺指甲剪居然告知沒有，房間衞生間設施很差，水垢到處是，訂的是大床居然衹有兩個質量很差的枕頭，打電話到前台提出要求被拒絕，晚上1點半左右想去泡温泉到了泡池居然沒有水，被告知每晚凌晨2點就停用，請問，瑞麗白天那麼熱的天氣，怎麼泡温泉，不都是晚上温度下降才有泡的意義。總之入住兩天很想吐槽酒店的服務和環境，對了大早上的就有施工隊在施工無語了。
