第一次被噴，真的佩服。
第一，我們買了蛋糕送到前台，我們人一時半會回不去，就給酒店打電話説麻煩幫冰一下，他説我怎麼冰，我説放你們的冰箱就可以，他説沒有冰箱，我説還有沒有其他辦法，幫我放房間，他説，你説嘛，我怎麼放，怎麼整，就是很兇那種，我説額，你是酒店，應該你要幫我想辦法解決啊，他就開始噴我，你給**好好説話，噼裏啪啦，然後就把我電話掛了，我打過去就不接。
然後我們住了第二天。保潔來打掃衞生，我説謝謝，不用了，給我水和紙就可以，他就往裡看，説我幫過把外賣丟下去，我説不用，可能還沒有吃完然後他就説，不給我丟不給我丟，待會又去前台投訴我，説我不打掃衞生，我就懵了。我説，你好，我們認識嗎，我沒有投訴過啊，然後他就不高興，我真的一臉懵，然後他旁邊的人和我説不好意思，不好意思，謝謝您，我真的佩服，這種酒店。圖片忘了拍，衞生很差，毛巾是爛的，等等，
