停車方便，衞生間較小，進去時地板是濕的，開了空調後才幹了。前台工作人員態度一般，退按金時不及時操作，退房後去外面吃飯回來大概過了一個小時還未到帳，問她，她説馬上給退，我説一小時前你也這樣説，我現在要離開了。她説，你走呀，我來退，但並未操作，我説你這樣的工作態度不好，她才不情願地拿起掃碼機給辦理退按金！
