房間情況與前面的客人描述差不多，主要原因還是酒店裝修設計不合理，裝修質量差造成後期維護保養差。但是酒店服務真心不錯，前台提供了菊花枸杞茶和羅漢果茶，晚上酒店還提供銀耳羹，早餐品種豐富，總體還是很滿意的。

自駕游去深圳路過瑞金隨手定的酒店，定失誤了。近些年來第一次遇到沒有免費礦泉水的三星酒店。前台讓付按金刷的付款寶還能刷錯，刷錯以後還不能取消一定要都二天查房以後給現金。最煩躁的是酒店房間都有**小卡片。酒店明知道有也不見清理打掃，在瑞金這樣一個紅色根據地竟然還有這種毒瘤也是難以忍受。
