真的蠻臟的，那個地毯，房間也很臭，廁所不誇張公共衞生間的味道。勝在前台態度好，12點多找前台想換個房間，二話不説就帶我去看。但是還是臭的，就不想麻煩了，整個晚上沒睡，從入住到退房全程開窗的。設施真的很差，老闆用點心呀。半夜讓那個阿姨來我房間聞下，她居然能説不臭啊、後面又説我垃圾臭，就吐了些雞爪子的骨頭。打開衞生間，叫她聞下，還説我把衞生間弄的那麼臟，無語了，看圖片
第一次住到這麼臭的房間。
優點離紅井很近，過馬路走幾分鐘就到。早餐還可以，前台態度也好。其他真的不是一般的差

在景區附近，比較方便，房間還可以，有點年份了，但是衞生什麼的，我覺得還可以，可能要求不高，不過他們的電梯有問題，我娃被困在電梯，表姐打按電梯裏面緊急呼叫按鈕説是沒用的，沒有放緊急呼叫電話卡在裏面，如果沒帶手機或者手機沒信號，根本找不到人來救援。
第二個半夜我們的車有異響，我們睡七樓都聽得到，半夜自己下樓下看，前台沒有人，沒人去查看有什麼問題，我們第二天要求看監控，發現小車被人強行開鎖，小車自己報警異響嚇跑了小偷。

晚上有點吵，隔音效果差，去的時候還沒清理好房間，礦泉水是2024年8月的已過期了，一次性刮鬍刀是2021年的也早過期了，後來反映以後更換了四瓶水這點服務還好，自助早餐東西不多8點去的時候都快被吃乾淨上的比較慢。

離紅井景區歩行可達，省去很多週轉的時間，紅景，二蘇大，葉坪基本一個午可以看完。用餐方便酒店內飯店實惠又好，適合帶娃入住，設施齊全。

房間大，衞生好，設施完善。前台熱情接待。寵物友好！地下車庫，地面也可以停幾兩車。和紅井景區近在咫尺，方便得很。早餐味道不錯。

第二次一個人開車帶着狗狗回老家，中間歇腳。酒店前台很熱情，房間也很乾凈。門口施工我找不到進停車場的路，打電話給酒店安排保安大叔出來接我，非常不錯👍滿意👍
