設施：和圖片不一樣下單506無沙發
衞生：蟑螂床上，地下爬
環境：不再第一排，在第二排無法看到體育館
服務：差到極致，我承認把東西1點鐘放進去，但是在外面玩半天回去住床上爬蟑螂，地下踩死蟑螂，和商家協商都不退，床都沒坐一下，
商家：害的我玩半天累死了還得換酒店，這個也沒退，
温馨提示：不喜歡和蟑螂躺一張床上的不要定

瑞金民宿地理位置優越，出行購物不用開車，很方便，周圍物價很親民，唯一美中不足的地方就是這個公寓在回遷樓裏，周邊環境顯得亂點，但勝在價格實惠。

衞生：整潔乾淨。阿姨清潔的蠻細緻的，也很有禮貌！房間設施：有小冰箱，小沙發和洗衣機，有抽煙機，有做飯的空間，個人而言，挺有性價比的。周圍環境：傍晚左右，總有一些咚咚的響聲還有比較大的説話聲，不過夜晚睡覺的時候就很安靜了。老闆娘説話進退有禮，大方熱情，讓人倍感温暖哇！在外出行，沒有太多的要求，而這家民宿就能滿足我基本的需求。
