The rooms were spacious and had everything needed. The pools were also heated during winter which was a plus.

Very clean. Beds are super comfy. It was nice to spend some time in the pool and hot tub after a day out in the snow. The staff is very nice and accommodating to my requests. The housekeepers went above and beyond with organizing my room while I was gone, which I didn’t expect at all. They went to the extent of folding my children’s blankets and arranging their stuffed animals on the bed for them. My kids were delighted. The cost of the stay was very affordable. Will return next time we’re in town

Overall great stay. Comfortable bed, good water pressure and hot shower! A couple things that could use some attention: bathroom door made a very loud creak every time it was opened and shut, waking people if used during the night. The heater in the bedroom side did not work. We cranked the thermostat up to try and get it to kick on but it just blew cold air all night.

Bathroom wall had some kind of gross stuff on it, it looked like feces or snot. The beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were tiny. For some reason the static electricity in the room was horrible and you got shocked just about anytime you touched anything, especially on the beds. At night you could see the sparks in the sheets.

Our family stay at this hotel was great. The staff was friendly, especially the front desk attendant. The family suite was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Overall great place to stay. They have free breakfast, spacious rooms, and a pool with a hot tub. The hotel smells amazing, and is very clean. We had a minor incident when I asked the lady at the front counter for a mop because my son spilled hot chocolate during breakfast. The lady at the front counter was on her phone watching videos and didn’t even notice me standing there saying excuse me. The lady helping with the breakfast was so sweet, and did a great job keeping everything stocked.

Newer (or remodeled) hotel. Beds are comfortable. Hot tub was hot & clean, as was the pool. No complaints.

The room I thought I had reserved through ******* was not the room the hotel had me in. Even though I could not locate a confirmation number, the wonderful hotel front desk staff member changed it so we could be in the room I had requested. I won’t ever book through ******* again but I will definitely return to Hotel Elevate! Their rooms are clean and nicely updated, beds comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was top notch. But best of all is their customer service.
